Terrible work! Dude Cut my toe went way too low on my finger nail left my heels all scaly from his grater.. left a red burn that hurts under my acrylic. Didn't give me what I asked for. I specifically said I didnt want white tips before we started and told her I wanted clearish opaque tips, she said ok she wouldn't use white and then proceeded to use white and said it would look better..basic French tip. She didn't have the color I wanted. I wouldn't have gotten French tips if that was the case! Shoulda have just driven to Haiwassee like u usually do. read more

I have been a loyal regular customer, who tips well, for a year. Prior to this last week, I would've told you the salon was average, but Mackie was outstanding. But the way I was treated this past week is shameful, and I won't go back. I went to have my nails done this past Saturday, but Mackie wasn't there. I was told he'd be back Tuesday morning. I went back Tuesday after work and was told by Mackie he had one customer after the one he was working on. After waiting an hour, and without any explanation, he took a second customer. I elected not to stay. Now it's Wednesday, and I went by after work. The shop was swamped and I heard someone say that the wait was two hours. I went home and returned two hours later, about an hour before they close. As usual, I had photographs of the color and manicure I wanted. But first, i was directed to the pedicure chair where someone else would take care of me. I wanted the pedicure to match the manicure I wanted so I asked for the specific color. Instead I was handed the basket full of colors they have in the salon. I explained that the color had been recommended to me and that somebody there should know what number the corresponding color was. When this turned into a big deal, I changed my mind about having the pedicure. I knew when Mackie was ready, he would be able to match the color to the pictures. As this was transpiring, one of the two female employees started belittling me about being patient. Of course, this was in front of the customers and other employees in the shop. I corrected her and reminded her I had been in there Saturday, Tuesday, and twice today, and to me that was pretty patient. Then she told me I misunderstood her. I didn't stick around for her to backpedal some more. I won't be going back here. There are many more nail places in the area. Most of which take appointments, and hopefully have employees who recognize faithful customers. read more

This place is amazing. I've came here only twice, since I am not one to spend money on things that I don't really need. Both times that I have walked in, I was greeted almost immediately with great service. The woman who has done my nails both times, I cannot name her because I never received her name, has done great and spent her time. Although, theres a few reasons why I am reviewing four stars instead of five. The first time I went in, my skin above the cuticle bled and she never acknowledged it or apologized for being so harsh on it. My sister went with me and agreed that they are HARSH with your nails. The second time that I went in, the skin above my cuticle started to bleed again, this time she got some cotton (wasn't a cotton ball, but just loose cotton) and she dabbed it, claiming I had sensitive fingers and laughing while saying it. My second visit, both of my pointer finger nails were shaped incredibly odd, she definitely realized but didn't take the time to fix them. I wasn't offended by the comment of having "sensitive fingers", but I'm just curious on if I will bleed everytime I go. Just a warning, THEY ARE HARSH! I felt like my fingers were sore after leaving both times. Might want to bring a few bandages! read more

The gentleman who did my toes was great. However the guy who did my nails was very rude he argued with me about the whole thing he put tips on that didn't need to be put on and then had an attitude when I asked him To clean out from under the nail where acrylic had stuck he only did 2 nails and proceeded to say that they don't do that there which is not true I watched him do it for the lady before me. He charged me for a whole set when I already had a set on and simply needed a fill in he burnt my nail several times and when I would pull away he would act as if it was my fault and continue on with an attitude. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anybody read more

First visit, and I was very disappointed with the experience. Fellow who was assigned to me didn't understand me, so I didn't get what I wanted. Also - very odd....no lotion applied, no topcoat applied. Definitely cutting corners there. There was a sign up instructing to pay in cash - which I did, and then the owner questioned me as to if I had paid the fellow. Scared me, as when one hands over CASH, one has no proof! Yikes! Odd experience overall. Hope there are better and more thorough salons in the area for the future. read more

I love this place have been a loyal customer since the opening day. I was actually their first customer. I am always treated amazing. I have been there when it has been very busy and they always take customers in order no one ahead of others. I feel that they treat each customer fair and I always get many compliments on my nails. I have been there when customers have gotten upset but they still take them in order. read more

Great service, though I had made an appointment and some walk-ins received service on their acrylics before I did. It seemed clean and professional and my set of acrylics was done very well- though I was switched to a different tech halfway through which was a little confusing. The filing was a little sloppy on the ends of my nails but it seemed like the dude who finished my nails was still learning so I don't really mind, they still turned out great. read more

Outright rude! Called at 11:15 this morning to make an appointment. The lady who I spoke with asked what time and I chose 2:30. Arrived for my appointment at 2:23. When I walked in they asked if I could be helped and I stated I had a 2:30 appointment for a pedicure. Very rudely, the employee said to me, "We don't take appointments. You need to sit down and wait your turn," which would be over an hour. I sat and stewed over this for a few minutes (watching other customers come in and being told they have to wait an hour even though they were told to come in at a specific time when they called) then decided they were not going to get a penny of my hard earned money and walked out. I am very VERY picky when it comes to my nails, but this place did AMAZING. I have the hardest time finding good nail salons in this area, but this one is the best I have been to. Their prices are affordable, plus they are currently doing a 20% off deal on top of their already affordable prices. Not only that, but I felt so welcomed there and not uncomfortable in the slightest. All the employees were so kind.
