I had one guy come out for a quote who just glanced at the trees and gave me a suspiciously low quote without asking any questions. Timber Pros came out and asked me exactly what I was looking for, and they offered advice on air flow and shaping the trees. I'm giving them 5 stars, because they do deserve it overall, but one piece of (hopefully constructive) criticism I'd offer them is to be more clear about who is communicating with you through Yelp. I thought I was speaking with Marco directly, but it was actually Armando, who was very nice, it just threw me off at first. All in all though, the work speaks for itself, and the price was good. We'll definitely be back for maintenance and touchups.

We had 2 large and extremely high Palm trees completely removed this time. The crew works fast cutting them down, digging out the stump and cleaning everything up. They are careful of our rose bushes and other plants as well as cleaning up any debris in the pool. They even sweep up everything dropped in the street! Amazing and looks great. We had an amazing experience with Empire Tree Service! Carlos is not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening with the 32 trees on our property, and it was clear he genuinely cares about their health. Despite his busy schedule, he was quick to get us booked, which we really appreciated. His crew was amazing they were fast, efficient, and cut every tree with such precision--it was impressive to watch, and when they were done, the cleanup was so thorough you couldn't even tell they had been there! If you're looking for someone who will treat your trees with the utmost care, Carlos and his team are the ones to call. We'll definitely be having him back in a few years for a touch-up. Empire Tree Service does excellent work. I live in Jurupa Valley and they arrived on time and quickly and carefully removed a very large tree, 2 smaller trees, and trimmed two large shrubs. They were on time, friendly, worked super efficiently and had very reasonable prices vs some of the other quotes we received. On top of that, we honestly were blown away by how quickly they were able to remove the huge Ficus trees we had. Would highly recommend them and will use again! read more

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job with are trees in the front and rear. I didn't have to do anything. They also move heavy items and small ones to make sure that nothing will be damaged. I had 4 palm trees that were slanted and about to fall. The crew came by and on the same day we agreed to a very affordable rate. His team removed all 4 trees and provided a free clean up. Very happy will call again on my next tree service. read more

I messaged him and asked if he was on his way, and according to his Read Receipts he read the message and ignored it. I messaged him again and he ignored it. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. Francisco is unprofessional and unreliable. Definitely not worth 1 star. Move on to the next company.
