I want to start off by saying Juan's Tree Service is fantastic. I was referred by a friend who sent their contact info via a photo she took of their truck, lol. I messaged Rigo and he responded immediately. After giving him an idea of what I needed done, we scheduled a date to meet up so he can look at the trees and give me an estimate. I wanted to remove a really big and old tree, some lawn plants, a medium sized orange tree, and trim some trees. With all of that work, he was able to give me a really affordable quote. After we met up, we were able to schedule a date to start the service. Rigo was really accommodating, easy to work with, and very informative. On the day of the job, Juan and his crew arrived and was ready to get to work. Juan was super nice and friendly. Juan checked in with me to confirm the work I needed and then they got to work. Their work was excellent! They had like 10 guys, each guy having their own role and their teamwork was flawless. I was in awe just watching them. These guys are pros. Once again another OUTSTANDING tree trim job by Juan Tree Service. I have used them every year for the last few years and their level of professionalism and expertise is amazing. I spoke with Rigo and his uncle (Benjamin) and asked me what I wanted. They bring a crew and then it's game on. They are masters of tree trimming and they knew exactly what I wanted. I had a yard full of overgrown trees, so I googled "best tree services in Orange County" and chose Juan Tree Service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. A crew of six men came, worked nonstop for 4 hours, and did a Perfect job. They showed the utmost respect for my property, and when they left, my yard looked pristine-not a leaf or a twig anywhere on the ground. We have had many other tree services, but none came anywhere close to the quality and professionalism of Juan Tree Service. Okay I rarely do reviews, but this business is the best. Their work was exemplary, they were right on time, extremely efficient and the job they did surpassed our expectations. Rigo gave us a very reasonable bid, Juan was eager to help us make decisions. The trees were really tall, when deciding the amount to top off I kept asking Juan what he thought, and he rightfully kept saying "what do you think". He explained that we needed to be satisfied. The 6 men who came to do the work were fantastic, and safe. They each wore helmets and the ones on the ladder wore safety harnesses. Juan pitched in to help as well. They covered the spa and pool before starting. They cleaned up all the branches on the ground, in the gutters, and the little that went into the pool after they were done. When my neighbor asked if they could trim back some of the branches on his side of the cypress trees, the added cost was minimal and we were happy to cover the cost. read more

We needed 2 big trees trimmed + one smaller one, one China Doll removed w/stump grinding, a huge woodpile removal and staking our lemon tree. Reached out to this "person" to get a quote for a tree pruning last year but ended up having it done by a family friend so this year reached out again this year and when I informed him I wasn't hiring him he told me "All good this I second time you've reached out and never hire me please don't reach out to Juan clean off & tree services again". Which strikes as very RUDE and poor customer service!! So not for sure I will never hire this person!!! And would give them a .5 star if I could but obviously that can't be done. read more
