When I showed up, I was honestly pretty nervous and felt out of my element, but he was very welcoming and helpful when I didn't know what I was doing. I left feeling like I got a great workout. I love the energy and music during class. It's also a parent to me that there is a strong supportive community that attends classes here. After class, some of the other people welcome to me to the gym. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.
