He's pretty flexible when it comes to what days/times you want to come in and will keep up with your schedule to make it work. He's also pretty down to earth and fun to talk to while you're training, all the while making you work. It's easier to work out if you're distracted from the pain, I think, so it's a good characteristic for a trainer. It's definitely worth it.

But, I wasn't making progress. Then I met Brandon. He is incredible. He uses old school weight training which is so much better then circuits. Aside from circuits, I had never lifted weights before. We started with weights low enough where I felt comfortable and then quickly started increasing weight. He knows how hard to push you so you improve, but do not get hurt. Brandon brings an abundance of training and experience to the table. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the muscles groups and focuses on working all of them out. He has a way of explaining the movements so you can visualize how the exercise is working out the muscles. He is also very patient. He doesn't mind repeating the same thing over and over until I get it. If you want serious no-nonsense weight training with a true professional, Brandon is your man!

Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

A) Opening waterslides for only 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous B) Don't just tell the attendant at the top of the slide not to let my daughter go anymore after asking my daughter if she needs help getting out and she stares at you. She's autistic- not stupid. She's been swimming for 4 years and can get out of the pool just fine. If you have concerns or questions, talk to the parent. When I overheard him and asked why she can't go anymore (she had gone 2X already), then he said she was struggling to get out- which she wasn't. Then he said she could go a few more times. C) My daughter walks up the stairs and waits her turn to go one last time before they close the slide. THEN when its her turn, the attendant sends her down and says she can't go because she doesn't have a wristband. If you're going to enforce a wristband, CHECK IN THE BEGINNING, not let her go twice, give her trouble, say she can go, then refuse to let her go and send her down again. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken. These incompetent little teenage "lifeguards" really ruin the experience. I definitely foresee a lawsuit in their future. I also waited 20 + min for a $15 burger I asked to be plain for my daughter and it came out covered in sauce and with tomatoes and lettuce, so my daughter couldn't eat it. This location really stains the Lifetime Fitness brand.

I view myself as uncoordinated, and I didn't know if this was the best route for me. I gained 25 pounds in the last 6 years and lost my self-confidence. I wanted to get myself back, but I didn't know how to do it. Going to Eli was the best thing I could have done. Eli's personality, motivational training style, and extensive nutrition knowledge allowed me to reach my goals. I train with Eli 3 times a week. I lost 25 pounds in the first 4 months and reached my goal weight of 122 pounds. Eli put me at ease at my first appointment and continues to put me at ease. He challenges me, but with a very watchful eye during my entire workout. Eli makes sure my form is correct so I target the correct muscles and prevent injury. Every workout is different. I don't know how he keeps so many exercises in his head. I am never bored and the hour flies by. My life is busy. I have a full time job and a family of 7. Sometimes I have to change my workout times in order to incorporate my 3 weekly workouts. Eli always works with me so I may maintain my workout schedule. I will continue my 3 weekly workouts. I feel so much more energy, and I have my self confidence back. I am definitely healthier, and shopping for clothes has become enjoyable. Eli is always ready to answer my many questions. As goals are attained, I set new goals. Eli incorporates my new goals into an updated plan. He recently emailed me a food guide for my current goal of further lowering body fat. Eli is not only a great trainer, he is a good person. He is very passionate about what he does. Eli walks the walk and is an inspiration. The studio is conveniently close but after my experience at this one, I won't be coming back. The front staff were kinda rude and when I explained this was my first time to this studio and first workout in a while, they were dismissive and not helpful in letting me know where anything was. I probably was nervous because this was my first big girl workout after having a baby, but when I didn't know where the lockers were, one of the members told me where and I heard the two ladies at the desk giggle and say "She's so lost." Wasn't a very welcoming experience. The instructor was fine, but a lady was there for her first class and fell off the treadmill. The instructor seemed to reprimand her more than ask how she was doing. Overall, I might give OTF another try because I like their workout formats, but never again here.

You want to get the most out of your body and your dollars, right? So use the heart rate monitor that you wear during class and get the most out of every minute. I hope management reads this review and gives her a raise as an incentive to keep her here! She knows how to clean properly! The restrooms are the cleanest they have been, dispensers stocked with paper towels and the actual floor in the gym doesn't have dust or dirt anymore! This in itself makes the entire gym experience a 10! Thank you Jackie, you are a blessing to this location.
