We tried multiple teachers and they were all great. We attended a class while they were doing teacher training and that was really beautiful, I had a great experience during that. My boyfriend and I also did energy work healing sessions with Kristi the owner. They were very enlightening, and healing for our souls. And thought maybe hot yoga will solve our problems... lol. LOCATION: very easy to find and lots of parking spots. It's across from Popeyes... after yoga snack. SESSION: I did a 60 minute class with Instructor Kanade. I love how the studio provided yoga mats and cloth for hot yoga. The rooms was about 103 degrees! WOW! It's my first time doing hot yoga and it was hot. I was kind of worried that I might pass out, but good thing I didn't. I told the yoga instructor it was my first time doing hot yoga and what my concerns were. She was so helpful - she recommended that I bring a huge bottle of water, take it slow and do what you can do. During the class, she watched out for me since it was my first time, she gently opened the door here and there... to give me a quick breeze of cold air. This was definitely helpful and I bet the other people in the room totally appreciated it. Another thing I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE was at the end of class - Instructor Kanade put a COLD lavender cloth on my face ... it smelled soooo good & calming... and that cold cloth... was the thing ever at the end of the class. OVERALL: 5 STARS AND BEYOND! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I highly recommended it even if it's your first time! If you're worried about fainting and it's your first time doing hot yoga... let the instructor know. They are very good listeners.
