On 8/24/2020 I was told that my Vitamin D was low along with a few other minor vitamin deficiencies. I was told that I would be put on a schedule to come to the office and have these vitamins administered by IV. I told Carla Brook that I was not going to be administering anything by IV and the costs quoted was outrageous. I requested a copy of my labs to be posted to my portal. Nearly three years later, they have never provided me with the lab results that I paid for and simply ignore my requests. I've now requested that my information in their custody and on their portal be destroyed and my account closed. No answer. I can't speak for the glowing reviews this practice gets because this is the worst I have ever experienced.

Even after a night on the town, I feel like a million bucks the next day! As for the location, the outlet is immaculately clean and smells great. (Easy parking, too.) And the massage chairs...oh man...the massage chairs are wonderful. I've never experienced anything like that before. They helped make my visit an extremely relaxing one. I also have to say that the staff at Prime IV Geneva is fantastic. They made me feel right at home, and they did a really phenomenal job answering all my questions. The facility is inviting, clean and relaxing. Treatment rooms are comfortable and have TV to pass the time during a drip. The schedule is flexible and offers day and evening options. I like the option for Botox, micro needling and fillers. I love that she offers an NAD+ drip program for improved cognition and is building her services portfolio to match her interests and those who seek wellness partners (like us!). Also the tiny attention to detail like offering a blanket while your drip does its thing, or a sparkling water, it's a nice touch!
