I felt as though they went way above and beyond to assist me through this process. They reached out to my doctors office and corrordinated with the staff there to assist me. When I was reaching out to other centers some of them made the comment "we don't do stand alone iron infusions, there's just not enough money in it for us..." At Premiere I never felt like it was about the $$ or a profit, I felt valued and that their biggest concern was my health, getting the treatment I needed and addressing my insurance and financial concerns. Kristin made me feel valued, genuinely concerned and empathetic. When I arrived at the center I was warmly treated and it was a very comforting pleasant atmosphere. I was made to feel like a VIP, as if I were their only patient. Nice amenities and genuine greetings and inquiries about how I was feeling. I had two extremely friendly and attentive nurses who throughly explained everything they were going to do prior to proceeding.
