There is a sauna and a pool. The hours and the location are convenient. I am working on my overall health, met a few new friends and I am enjoying this journey.

It is still outdated. The gym is very crowded and sometimes hard to do what you want. There are a couple rooms for fitness classes but I can hardly find a spot. The one thing I do love is the hot tub and the swimming pool, which my other gym doesn't have. That's why the 3 stars instead of lower. This gym will work in a pinch but I would check out the other newer gym close by. Either way you'll be working on those NYE resolutions.

The machines are rarely broken (I feel like everytime I go to the colonial location the machine I want to use is broken so it's nice that they stay on top of it here in Altamonte Springs). I have the top tier membership which is about $30/month (not including annual fee, etc.) There is a sauna in each of the bathrooms as well as a hot studio! No pool at this location. R&R area has massage chairs, cryotherapy, a tanning booth, and hydromassage beds! The classes are fantastic here, and the instructors for the classes always have such a fun personality. Definitely get the app if you plan on taking any of the classes. Registration for classes open 22 hours before the class, and the hot studio classes specifically are a hot commodity so they book up very quickly but are SO WORTH IT! The training staff can be a little pushy with trying to get you to sign up for personal training sessions. HOWEVER, I have no problem telling them no even if they are being pushy. Typically if you walk in and out with your headphones on you can avoid an awkward conversation if you aren't interested in the personal training sessions. I have done a couple of the sessions when I was offered free ones, but honestly I've never been convinced to actually buy more of the training sessions (my work schedule is kinda sporadic PLUS all 3 times I've done it my trainers have been late and it kinda messed up my scheduling for the day, but I appreciate the new exercises the trainers taught me!) Overall as a gym, this is a fantastic location! The staff is friendly (when not trying to get you to buy training sessions) and it's truly a place where I can lock in and get my workouts done :)

My son (a minor) recently went in person, as requested by staff on the phone, where he was advised that he needed to make another payment, which was never explained to him what it was for, they charged him $19.36 which I must point out is $2 more then his monthly membership. Fast forward a week I was charged another $17.23 for his membership. When he went up there they told him they were "investigating" and would call me back. Here we are another 3 weeks later with no word from anyone at Crunch fitness and now they have no history of the $19.36 payment he was "required" to pay when he requested to cancel, the staff member who "processed" the cancellation DID NOT fully complete the process so a cancellation was never sent to my email. I just got off a phone call with the "General Manager" John and he was especially UNHELPFUL. The call started what I thought helpful and understanding, until he started to speak to me in an absolutely condescending tone, unwilling to "meet me in the middle" on a clear clerical error on HIS EMPLOYEE's part. I have never had this many issues in canceling a membership or have been treated with such disrespect.

The Altamonte Springs location is the biggest Youfit location within Orlando and has more than enough room for all of your needs. With cardio and classes on the second floor and weights/machines and lime time on the ground floor, it truly has met my needs. Nori, one of the associates there helped my bf and I with the process of signing up and made it easy and seamless. She also constantly checks in on us and so happy we signed up with her. Only cons of this place is it does get pretty busy during the week and you are needing to wait for a few machines and weights - but this is to be expected, especially during after work hours. Overall super pleased with my membership, the gym, and process so far. Would highly recommend joining!

There are many clients that have been here as long, or longer than me. I appreciate the classbased teaching, with an individualized touch. The coaches and owners know my name. There is such a sense of community here. I have a complete home gym, but I still love coming to CrossFit EW for the community and a class. I certainly push myself more in a group situation, and I appreciate the coaches watching each one of us, giving tips and tricks and pointers. They won't even go so far as to tell you how much weight to lift or give you additional exercise options if you're not comfortable with a particular exercise or if you were not very proficient in a particular exercise. I appreciate their expertise. This gym is not a typical CrossFit gym because it has a towel service, clean bathrooms, clean showers, plenty of parking, as well as a small bar area which serves protein shakes to order. The equipment is in good shape, and there is plenty of equipment for everyone in the class. You also don't have to clean up after yourself, like some CrossFit gyms, this place has a cleaning crew and the coaches are very good about keeping it clean. Of course you have to return your own equipment, you can't leave it sitting out, but those are the same rules for any gym. There are new monthly challenges, a whiteboard to post your personal goals, and fun member events sporadically throughout the year. This is a great gym to start your journey of fitness. They focus on physical and mental well-being, exercise, and nutrition. There are so many different classes and courses available, as well as individualized training. The training studio is behind an office park and if you didn't have the address plugged into GPS, you'd never find it. It's not a place you'd see driving down the road. It is small, but has ample room to workout. Class sizes are limited to, I think, 10 people max, as it's more personalized than a group fitness class at a gym. It's a cross between personal training and group fitness. The class I attended was cardio and abs. The room was set up with 8 different stations and Melissa shows us how to do each of the exercises. You'd do each one for 3 minutes and then you'd have 30 seconds to catch your breath, grab a drink of water, and move to the next station. Once the 8 cardio stations were complete, we moved on to abs, where it was set up the same way. I definitely felt like I wanted to die, but in a good way, if there is such a thing! My lungs were on fire, I didn't bring enough water and it was embarrassing how badly out of shape I am. (Ok, embarrassing isn't the right word, but I was very conscious of my body and the areas I need to work on!) The prices aren't bad either.
