Why haven't I written a review for Matt yet? No clue, but I'm one of his biggest fans! Matt is honest, punctual and has reasonable prices. I can't imagine asking anyone else to do electrical work for me. The first time he was out the outlet for our water softener needed a new GFCI. His suggestion was that I do it myself and save some $$. And yes, I could have done it, but I was on my way out the door to catch a flight. How honest is that? Since then, Matt has hung two TV's, relocated outlets so I wouldn't have to look at unsightly wires, added outlets, installed lighting fixtures from scratch and ran wired cable to the back of our TV for the best streaming. See, Matt does it all! I will say this, he's in demand because of his great work, so please give him advance notice. I'm never in a hurry and plan out my work so it always works out. If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution. After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call. Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling. It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway. At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day. Had a neat-freak roommate decide to spend the afternoon cleaning power outlets with absolutely soaking wet rags about a week ago. After dealing with the small fire, repainting the bathroom, and installing a new outlet, the bathroom still had no power. I'd already checked all the breakers I was aware of, and was ready to shell out $500 for an electrician to fix it. One 5 minute phone call with Matt later, and I learned more about housing electrical circuits than spending years fixing aircraft. The only issue was a popped GFCI breaker in the other bathroom, and now all of them provide power as expected.
