Previously if you couldn't find the location of your class and it was the weekend, or you were running late in traffic, it was difficult to notify someone of a problem. When I realized they finally got the pole/silks in the same building and I found information on the website confusing as to the location of the class I was taking on a Saturday, I called Friday night so there would be plenty of time to figure it all out so I wouldn't be late for class...someone from the facility texted me right away for clarification. Services have really improved and my classes are going great.

TJ is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I've ever met. I've been to various studios throughout the United States, but I was never consistent enough with studio training. Now that I am vaccinated I want to be more consistent with my training and get a strong technical foundation. I can tell from just one class with TJ, the difference in my understanding of pole and just how much better my body awareness was. Freestyle Fitness is the real deal and you really can't beat the professionalism, knowledge, and overall friendly atmosphere.
