2 weeks ago I purchased Jeuveau at this Spa. It was my second time doing this type of procedure so…read morevery new to it. But my first experience was so great I thought I would do it again. I only went to this location because of a Groupon AD with a good special. When I called to ask about the Groupon pricing I was encouraged to pay at time of service vs Groupon that was my first mistake! The way they administered the product made my forehead swell and my eyelids puffy and swollen. When I called to see if they would let me know what can be done and to reimburse me for the 20 units I have on hold for next visit for at this time I don't to go back to them. The receptionist who i will say was very sweet, and other staff members where very professional and nice. I started getting a little heated, when they sent the helper back in to ask me if i by chance wore a hat? I do not wear hats ever! At that point i really knew this was a back door kind of institution they have know ideal what they are doing and was going to try and say it was me wearing a hat really? At this time, i was just asking for the reimbursement for the 20 units i would not use. Sales Manager comes out to the main reception room and ask me to go into a back room to discuss at this time nothing to discuss just want what is owed back to me. She states well that is not going to happen! So in the heat of moment i told her what she could do with that money rightfully owed to me. I recommend not using this place unless you want to look like a Neanderthal. Also recommend using Groupon they will get you a refund. Me taking the time to write this, I hope this helps direct you to a better place of business who knows what they are doing.
