The atmosphere is really nice and modern looking, the equipment was clean as well as the salon. Everyone was friendly and the quality of work was top notch. They offered me something to drink as soon as I sat down (rare) and I love that they have a huge selection of traditional nail polish. I know nowadays, gel and powder is a little more common. I also liked that their pedicures seem a little more natural versus the traditional use of a dremel and that cheese grater looking foot scrubber which are both so damaging to your nails and feet. The salon is easy to find but the parking situation isnt the best, but not the worst either. The front desk person was friendly and quick to get me checked in. Their waiting room had plenty of seating and was beautifully designed. I forgot the name of my nail tech but she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and do a great job on my toes. I got a pedicure done at this salon for the first and last time. The elderly woman that did my pedicure, cut down the side of my toe nail so far that it has caused an ingrown toe nail. I've been dealing with it now for a year and a half. It's been infected, swollen, red, hot, etc. and I have not had an ingrown toe nail since I was 12... I'm 25... During the appointment, it hurt and I told her so, pulled away, AND it was bleeding. I will be going to the podiatrist soon to finally have it fixed which is going to cause me to spend $500+??? Just for a pedicure. It is illegal for nail salons to clip toe nails down the sides and dig into the corners the way she did.
