The seller of my property and myself were treated horribly. The agent lied on the listing and said…read morethere was heat in the garage and there is not. The agent did not seem to care as she would not provide her cell phone number and barely answered calls. She was a ghost after 5. I had asked for the sellers contact information the day my offer was accepted and many times after. All I got were excuses if she even answered at all. I wanted them to leave behind any items they did not want. This was relayed to the agent. There were many items that were of value. Not only did I not get the information a week before closing when it was too late, she had told them the opposite. She informed them to clean out the house. I lost many items as a result. I spoke with the seller and they had been asking for my information the entire time as well. They were neglected the same way. I called to try and sort it out with Gordon, the owner, and he was short and rude. "I'm not giving you a dime so do what you gotta do." Basically hung up on me. He didn't ask one question or show any concern about his agent and her poor performance, lack of professionalism, false information or neglect. All about money. Real professional. I'll see you in court with the sellers behind me as well.
