The problem is a breakdown of communication between the painting company and the community office. This is all okay, human error. My issue is the attitude and disrespect from one of the tow drivers. He was verbally abusive to me, despite my having no prior warning that my carport spot needed to be empty. There were several tow trucks around my residence and the drivers were all very gleefully rude about towing vehicles. I did not have cell service, but I was able to scan a large hill and get reception. I was able to call in for about 30 seconds, enough time to give my location and trouble. I lost connection prior to payment. Luckily I was able to receive text and the dispatcher for Grim texted me back and let me know I had lost cell service, but he was sending a driver over. I waited a total of 25 min and I heard the beautiful sound of that diesel truck in the canyon making lts way to me. The driver was professional and had a place that could fix my axle, I took his word for it and they were able to fix my car the next day. I am very grateful for Grim towing and my driver / dispatcher who saved the day. I would recommend them 100 percent.
