In this day of automated and endless hold times, it was a bit of a surprise when a human answered the phone, and such a pleasant person at that. His whole staff is caring and considerate, they make you feel appreciated as a patient. An added bonus is Dr. Bloom's staff can do everything onsite, labs, xrays, EKG, everything. During the office visit, Dr. Bloom takes my and my spouse's health matter(s) seriously, is open to discussing options, and is an incredible reservoir of medical knowledge and good sense. His focus is on getting you to your optimal healthy self again and enjoying life.
