When I wore one on Friday night, it still smelled like sweat and clearly had not been properly dry-cleaned. When I returned to have it corrected, Patricia refused to redo the service, claimed it was "impossible" to remove the smell without even attempting to fix it, and also refused to offer a refund. Completely unacceptable service for a dry clean business. Avoid this place at all costs.

Tina is friendly and seems to be well versed in her craft. 18 years downtown if I translated correctly. While she understands some English, Spanish is definitely the preferred language. She requested about 10 days for the turn around. This worked for me, so I didn't need to ask for an earlier date. After picking up the Tux it was a better fit, but not the "best". I got a little lost with the translation to Spanish, but was later aided by her assistant who spoke great English. Due to the tux having a certain detail (vertical line) it was explained not much else could be done to take it in without compromising that look. I understood and took them at their world. Tina seems to know her craft well, but maybe due to the limitations of the piece could not get the more customized fit that I was hoping. I have a second less technical piece that may need altering soon, I may give her another try.

Even after reading some reviews, I gave this place a chance. I have gotten jeans taken in and one dress taken in at the armpit area. They do a decent job. The prices are about $25-$30 for a job, doesn't matter the item. The last time picking up an item I had taken in, will be the last time I go here. It was a brand new skirt, never worn. And when I picked it up after having it taken in it had a large stain on the front plus two smaller spots of dirt and liquid. The item was also extremely wrinkled so it didn't seem to have been steamed or ironed. If they looked at the care tag they would see no iron should be used on this type of fabric. I politely showed the woman the stains and asked if I could have half refund back. She said no, it didn't happen here, we only tailored the item. I said, this was brand new and never worn, with no stains when I dropped it off. I showed her three stains. It is unwearable now. She shrugged and continued to say no. I asked again "please could you refund me for half" She told me that the manager wasn't here. I asked for the managers name and number and she did not know the name, and gave me the number of the place. I told her that everytime I have called or stepped inside i have only seen or spoken to her. Finally I left my phone number with her to have the manager call me. Hopefully they make it right. Update: I have been trying to speak with a manger and have gotten no response for two weeks now.
