It's very easy to get to and has a parking lot. Juan and his staff did a fantastic job on my glove. He understood that it is dear to me; it's more than 60 yrs old (a Roy Sievers signature fielder's glove that I still use!) and he treated it with care. The price for the work was much less than the 'specialty shops' that I found online, and I didn't have to ship it; I brought it in on a Tuesday and it was ready 2 days later on Thursday. I can't say enough about how well the folks here treated my glove (and me)!

Instead, only a small amount of glue had been applied, along with inexpensive heel protectors--completely different from the work I had paid for. For previous repairs, the shop would routinely add heel protectors and charge me $5 for them. This time, those heel protectors were presented as though they were part of the repair I had paid for, even though I had specifically requested a full sole replacement. When I questioned it, the owner denied what we had agreed to and initially refused to return my repair ticket, which clearly described the repair I requested. After several minutes, I was able to retrieve it myself. When I asked for my shoes back, the owner's response was, "What can I do anyway?" That said everything about the level of customer service I received. I ultimately picked up my shoes and left the shop because the repair I paid for was not completed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
