They lost my wife's shoe for weeks and we were inconvenienced by having to make several phone calls…read more- not to mention my wife couldn't wear her shoes. Of course they charge customers up front. Only after "I" made yet another phone call did they finally track it down. When I drove all the way back there to pick it up, she just handed me the shoe - no apology, no "sorry for any inconvenience" - nothing. I politely said "...you know, it would have been nice if you apologized for all the inconvenience and losing my shoe for several weeks." She just smugly smiled and said "have a nice day." They could care less!!! Now I'm going to contest payment through my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau etc. It's so easy to just say "sorry" - it goes a long way!! She should be schooled in basic manners or fired Take your business elsewhere...
