The thing I appreciated the most, though, was the variety in prices. I knew going in that there would be affordable pieces inside, because I'd read others' reviews on Yelp. There were super-fancy pieces that were pricier, along with more casual, affordable pieces as well. They also do a panty club, where for six months or more one can sign up to receive a panty from them. I love this added touch, and am considering it after how much I enjoyed my stop in! This store is life changing. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth every penny? YES…read more The service is impeccable and raised the bar for me in all future retail shopping experiences. I told them (the woman who served as my personal shopper) what I felt was the main issue with my current bras and what I wanted. (I replaced all but my strapless bra.) Of note, I had already done my own measurements at home using the "a bra that fits" method and she agreed that was my size and that's the size she used when bringing bra selections. If you haven't done your work at home, I am certain they would measure you at the store. For each type of bra I was looking for, they brought me like five options, I picked the ones I liked most, and they adjusted them for me and taught me how to properly put them on. I tried them on, asked for a different color, if I wanted, and had a maybe and yes pile which I went through again at the end. I bought five wonderful bras. I also ended up buying a bikini, one sexy pair of panties to match a particularly sexy bra, and some detergent to hand wash the bras. After this experience (I was brought wine, Belgium dark chocolate and biscotti while shopping!) I wish I could afford to replace the rest of my wardrobe with a personal shopper. It was so stress free to find all these items that fit perfectly! But bras are foundational, so even though my clothes shopping is still done at Kohl's, H&M, and similar bargain places, when it comes time to shop for bras again, this is where I will shop. They have a customer for life and I wish I had made it here years ago.
