I was at the MGM and didn't want to pay $50 at their salon so went here on a whim. Typical run down…read moreAsian nail salon. Not the greastest but also not the worst. I definitely wouldn't say it's luxury. Cash only, gel mani was $25. I had to sit under the light for 7 minutes after the top coat, which seems excessively long. I would give me end result a 6/10. The edges don't look finished, a bit of polish on my skin, and I can see brush stokes. While I was there a girl came back, it sounded like she just left and one nail smudge. The owner was pretty rude to her and said that's what happens with polish and she should have gotten gel. He reluctantly redid the nail. My technician don't say much and was on the phone during the end of my service. I noticed a lot of people getting their brows done. An older woman did then in the back corner. You had to take a number and wait. It looked like she took her time and filled them in after. This could be a hidden gem for brows but there's probably better nail salons in Springfield.

Terrible to get your nails or toes done. They gave me a terrible infected blister. I had to go to…read morethe hospital. When I went back to the salon to see if I can receive a refund they yelled at me saying it was my fault. They have terrible customer service I could not believe I was treated the way I was. They only take cash and never gave me a receipt either. WORSE SALON IN SPRINGFIELD!!!!

I have been contacting this place to get my results after ending my last appt which was in March…read more We are now in June and after several msgs and text msgs no one reaches out. It is very expensive $3,000 which I paid knowing results are not guaranteed but good customer service comes with that and it should not be this difficult to get my results.

This place removes negative google reviews. I originally posted this exact review on Google and…read morejust a few days later it's gone. So, here it is again! Posting under a pseudonym for privacy. 1. Ashley, the owner of this spa, is a mean girl. She shit talks other customers... to the customers. She comes across as very insincere and more concerned with being friends than providing good customer service (hence, she will gossip about other customers to you). 2. The Wellness membership, particularly Wellness Plus, is NOT worth it. You're left on your own to figure out how to turn on the equipment because most of the time they're so low staffed (prob due to the above - there seems to be super high turnover) that there's no one to assist you with things like the cryo or the "brain tap". Plus, the headphones for both the brain tap and the zero body bed seem to be out of order or not fully charged most of the time. Also, the infrared sauna is a joke. It's always set to ~160 degrees, yet for some reason it's never actually warmer than ~145. It seems to heat up SUPER slowly, so if you're in there for 15-20 mins, you're lucky if it rises an additional 2 degrees. Their red light mats seem to be cheap/sketchy as well. The first one they had was replaced after only being used in the spa for a few months. The new one is by a brand called "Exquimac", which looks to be some shoddy brand from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Exquimac-Red-Light-Therapy-Body/dp/B0DRCZQDBK - It's kinda sketchy how there is literally zero info about that company. I have real doubts that this red light mat actually does anything, even though you have to pay extra for the Wellness+ membership to use it. 3. They changed the structure of the equipment reservation for the Wellness membership. It used to be that you could book each individual piece of equipment for specific times. Now, you can only book an hour to an hour and a half of wellness - and fight with the other customers to use the equipment that you're interested in. 4. This place is not relaxing. It has much more of a salon vibe than an actual spa vibe. If you're looking for a place that truly values customer service and has amenities that actually work... this is not the place.
