When I contacted her and requested that a crew be sent back promptly to correct the issues, she was unaccommodating and rude. When that request was not fulfilled, she also refused to provide any refund for the poor-quality work. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
