Unless you're looking for subpar service and a company that refuses to take responsibility for its work, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I hired this company to perform a deep clean on the house I was moving into--an empty home that should have been one of the easiest cleaning jobs possible. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver. There were crumbs left inside the kitchen cabinets, dust remained on virtually every surface throughout the house, and overall it appeared as though many areas had not been cleaned at all. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from the owner, Debra. When I contacted her and requested that a crew be sent back promptly to correct the issues, she was unaccommodating and rude. When that request was not fulfilled, she also refused to provide any refund for the poor-quality work. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this level of service unacceptable. I expect businesses to stand behind their work and make things right when they fall short. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to others. read more

My boyfriend has used this company for a long time. His last cleaning did go so well, and this isn't something that happened before. He called the office, and they had a team out right away to re-clean/inspect his house. The team sent was Susan and Danielle. Susan used to clean his house for a very long time, but her route changed so she stopped. Susan and Danielle did AMAZING. They cleaned everything thoroughly, were so friendly, and our puppy Mack remembered Susan. To say he was happy was an understatement. Moving is always stressful especially when life throws you curveballs. I didn't know what I was going to do as a demanding job mixed with little work life balance made my life feel overwhelming and found it hard to make my house feel like a home. I do not regret reaching out for help snd could not be happier with the service Brianna and Bridget did on my home. A space that felt overwhelming because a home I can actually relax and enjoy. Since moving in September I don't think I've actually managed to relax and enjoy the space but it felt like a brand new house. My fiancé and I are thrilled and couldn't be happier. They took the time to not only clean but had fun organizing too which I totally forgot to say they didn't even have to worry about but they were both so sweet and mentioned how they have fun taking the space and making it new. My first experience and worst experience ever! I had a move in and scheduled a cleaning the day before the move-in. They did not clean my house. I believe because it was a new construction. I didn't notice until my move in and notice nothing. But floors still had grit. I called in and asked what was done. I was just told there was a check but the list wasn't disclosed to me. They did try to rectify but at that time, it was too late. I had boxes everywhere and it is going to take time to unpack. For one 1 hour it was $165. I was asked what else could they do but couldn't give me half. I felt splitting the tab would have suffice. Instead they gave me a refund of $25. I was really hoping to developing a new business relationship. I feel scammed. read more

Suanne, Susan,, Lily do a wonderful job every week they clean. They are fast and thorough and prompt. We enjoy the service very much.

They started off great, but things went downhill fast. They raised their rates very often and cannot keep their billing straight. They lost my credit card number multiple times and acted like it was my fault. I fired them when they increased my rate AGAIN after they lost my credit card number AGAIN and were at the house less than 30 minutes of the 1 hour and 15 they were supposed to be there. They failed to understand that my house notified me when they arrived and left. When I called them on it, they claimed they know the hours their people are there via gps. I sent them the screen shots of their people coming and going. No apology; no refund. They had started decreasing their time and were usually only present for 50 to 55 minutes. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL CLEANING CREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to watch out for these people and their window cleaning/counting/charging....First off, they way they count their windows is obviously in a way that will benefit them, to charge YOU MORE MONEY. If I have a stationary window that doesn't even open, that is there for decoration, that is seperated by 2 grids, why would you say it counts as 3 WINDOWS and it is only ONE???? I could understand if it was a LARGE window but its not!! You choose to separate it into 3 VERY SMALL WINDOWS so that you can charge me more!!!??? If I have 4 of these same windows, you are now charging me for 12 windows and not 4!!!?? WOW!!!!! Second, when you say you clean our screens, I am thinking you wash them and dry them off, not wipe them down with a damp cloth by hand!!! Really?? Maybe it's just me. Third, I question your business practices when you decide to go solicit around MY neighborhood without finishing your, work let alone talking to me first!!!!! Don't get me wrong I own my own businesses as well and I understand you have to continue to get new customers/clients, but there is a tactful way in doing so and I feel it was done distastfully. When other business have done work on/in my house they have ASKED, "Do you mind if we talk to some of your neighbors?" "Do you mind if we put a sign outside your home to advertise to your neighbors?" or "Do you mind having an "open house" to see if your neighbors would like to see the work we have done?"...........Not from this business.....I have to look outside my window......and find them wondering around the neighborhood!!! I live in a neighborhood were we work off of referals, WHY YOU ASK??? WE HAVE CUSTOM BUILT HOMES!!!! some neighbors have been burned by companies doing questionable work, thus the REFERALS!!! My neighbors don't like solicitors YOUR BIG MISTAKE!!! GOOD LUCK GETTING BUSINESS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be sure to let them know what happened here! Instead of finishing your job, you are roamimg around the neighborhood counting windows and putting flyers on peoples doors!!!! You are that confident that you have done such a good job on my windows that you don't even give ME a chance to REFER my OWN NEIGHBORS!!!!???? Some which are very close friends of mine by the way. If you are THAT HARD UP for NEW BUSINESS, then you may want to consider hiring someone to just hand out flyers in neighborhoods BEFORE YOU DO YOUR WORK IN THOSE NEIGHBORHOODS. Just a thought! On 1/25/10 we had our home cleaned for a second time by Kesap Klean and as the experience was different from our first I wanted to place an update to my original review of this company. The crew of five arrived promptly at 2:00pm as had been previously arranged. They were once again professional dressed, in matching uniforms, and all were friendly and introduced themselves. They once again came fully prepared with all of their own cleaning supplies, even these were carried in matching black bags. This may seem like a small and useless piece of information, however I feel it builds on the theme of professionalism. The lead member of the crew explained that they would be doing a deep clean and asked if they may start upstairs. They worked quickly and quietly and from all observations they cleaned professionally and in an organized manner. Little things noticed: Towels were folded and placed back on towel racks, beds were made and pillows nicely arranged, including the toddler bed. I also noticed that every garbage can had new trash liners placed in them and each roll of toilet paper had the nice little hotel triangle fold. All very nice touches. They finished their work in approximately two hours and I was asked to inspect their work, which I am happy to say was very well performed. I believe I only noticed one area that I found an accumulation of dust and it was on top of the plantation shutters, high and out of the way. A small miss and something I didn't feel compelled to mention to them or have them fix, it took me 10 seconds to wipe it down myself. Overall customer service and communication, all handled by the owner, was excellent. The quality of work was also very good and I now feel comfortable fully recommending this company. Their price is still at the upper end of the range but they are quick, come prepared, and do an excellent job. We will chalk up the first experience to a bad day, which they had offered to correct immediately. read more

I use these folks for weekly cleaning at the Autobahn Garage, a Racing garage with living space on the top two floors @ Autobahn Country Club. As you can imagine, a bunch of guys in track covered scents and dirty feet can crest quite the mess. Kesap has been able to do an amazing job keeping both the garage floors cleaned as well as the locker room and living quarters. When we hold special events, they are easy to work with for a quick "touch up" the day before a member may have customers on the property. I've been very pleased with the quality of service and the value that Kesap Cleaning provides. We couldn't run our little man cave without their help. I scheduled an appointment a month ago. The appointment was scheduled for the morning. My husband arranged to be home for the cleaning. Morning was ending and no one showed up. I emailed the owner. She replied (right away actually which is good) asking if I was scheduled for the afternoon. I informed her it was a morning appt. I then get a "Task" email that was not reflecting any dates or times (it appeared to be a confirmation email for the appt) I responded that the email did not make sense. She then replied that we were scheduled for the afternoon. I forwarded the confirmation email I received a month ago that clearly states 10:30am. She then called and stated that they thought the appointment was tenative and that is why they email me this week to confirm and that they were waiting on my confirmation. I advised her that I responded immediately to her email confirming my appt and that I do not know why it was marked "tenative" and yes, I still want the appointment. She claimed to have sent an email with a change in time. I never received such an email. I cancelled and told them that I do not trust doing business with them would go well considering our first appointment was such a debacle and there appear to be attempts to be misleading. It's unfortunate that I had to waste a month waiting for this business to show up and now have to go back to the drawing board to find another vendor. They never cleaned my house so I cannot speak to the work they would do if they actually showed up. read more
