Called to set up an appt months before we needed to be in because I was coming from out of town. My friend and I were going to get tattooed. Guy gave me his cell number to text him our ideas. He never responded. I called back again a week ahead of time, set the Appt time and he said he would get some ideas together. I texted him again for picture of the idea and he never responded again. We went in anyway. Turns out he had double booked us with another customer, then had gone home early because he was "tired". We left and I sent him a text professing our dissatisfaction. I came in here a lil nervous. The place got mix rating but overall wasn't that bad so I told myself I would walk out if it doesn't feel rite. I told the guy wat I wanted, it took him about 30 mins to come back with the design. I was happy with it so I went ahead n let him put the tattoo on me. He was talking to me about his family, his life, n god the whole time, pretty chatty guy lol. He did a great job on my ink. Even gave me a military discount, was 10% I think. Horrible customer service... Called to make an appointment for later that day. Described to the gentlemen on the phone what I was interested in, sounded confident he could complete my request. Asked me to swing by when I could so he could get the idea and a drawing done. I came by the shop and when I began speaking to the gentlemen he seemed less and less confident he would be able to accomplish the task... He went to the back and when he came back he asked me if I would consider making an appointment for another day because he wasnt sure he could accomplish what i wanted today. He then explained he needed a deposit to hold a time slot, which I completely understand but he could have said that on the phone, I would have come over and made one.
