I came here before and didn't have the best experience but today, I got a regular pedicure today and it was amazing! The man that did my toes took gentle care of my feet and gave an incredible massage! Went here for the first time today for a pedi and mani. Never again. The woman insisted that I get gel on my toes because I had tennis shoes. The pedicure was painful, she kept sticking her finger nail under my toenails. Then for the manicure she pushed hard for me to do the same color I had on my toes. She didn't give me time to pick a different color before starting my nails. I told her I didn't want the same color. While doing my cuticles she cut me with her clippers. Came here for a manicure and pedicure, place seemed okay at first. This older man sits down as begins to take care of me during my pedi her, ok everything is fine. He then begins trying to clip an ingrown toenail and when I tell him not to as it hurts he continues to try. He was extremely rough. I had some left over clear gel polish, from a pedicure maybe 2 months prior and instead of removing it with acetone he "paints" over it. And I say paint with quotations because I saw no clear gel polish at all whatsoever..... didn't even have me go under the dryer so I know he most likely scammed me on that part. Barely even clipped my cuticles as 4 days later I was clipping them myself. All in all a waste of $65, place is an utter scam. Stay away. read more

Pros: Customer service was kind. My pedicure nail polish was put on nicely. Cons: pretty rundown interior, borderline unsanitary. I'm fairly sure their equipment isn't new per customer, just washed and reused. I saw the person next to me get a nice leg massage. The lady doing my pedi, scrubbed my leg with a nail brush and then rubbed lotion on my legs. It was sad. read more

Came here because luckily they are open on Sundays. They don't seem to like to talk to you which is fine with me, they are a very busy store. I got the dip nails and literally the next day one of mine cracked. Not too happy with it. I go here fairly regularly. They have good prices, the staff is nice, and they do a good job. Kim and Tina are my favorites. But all the techs I have been to have been competent, and most are friendly. If you have an appointment, you usually get in quickly. I reccomend having an appointment. Clean Shop. I went on a Saturday and was quite busy but not to bad. They got me in a chair very quickly and had me soak me feet. The only thing that I didn't care for was that they assigned a male technician. I didn't say anything I just went with it. Next time I will call ahead and make an appointment and ask for a female technician. read more

I seriously love this place so much! My mom recommended it she gets her nails done with powder dip by Lucy and they always look amazing. If I still lived in Sierra Vista I wouldn't give any other salon my business. Everyone here is so nice, they always offer water and little candy bars. Lucy did powder dip nails with tips for me, and they were SO perfect. I had to go to another salon in San Diego to get them removed and she did an awful job, but Lucy gave my advice on what to use to fix my nail beds and it's working so great. I brought my niece with me the same day, and she got the cutest gel nail manicure and they gave it to her for the same price as a regular manicure which was just so sweet, it really made her day. read more

Was running short on time to do my own nails, so I went here. Asked for two top coats as I'm kinda rough on my nails. The nail tech was using her fingernails to clean off overpolish (gross, when you figure all the bacteria under her nails after all day!) Well, the polish bubbled, and was horrible! I went back to complain, and the manager (?) said it was my fault for asking for two topcoats, but they'd redo it for free. She took out a drill to take it off, and I refused (I have natural nails). Instead, they refunded my money (minus tip) and I left. Turns out they had used gel topcoat (didn't ask for it) which is why it bubbled. Never again! read more

The one time I don't heed reviews. I think my pedicurist was named Brandy, but I'm not sure I heard her correctly. I also apparently didn't hear her correctly when she asked me if I wanted the "deluxe" and that it was "$25". My chair neighbor asked her own technician about the deluxe and it was clarified that the deluxe was $35. My chair neighbor said, "Uh, I heard $25 too," looking at my pedicurist, who ignored us both. But I said that was fine. My tootsies had not been attended to since last summer and I was going on vacation. What's another 20 bucks (with tip). Well, it turns out those extra 20 deluxey dollars amount to a whole lotta deceptive nothing - that's what. Subpar polish, weak foot scrub (she didn't even ask me if I wanted a design) and I was sent to pay and be on my way without being directed to dry under the lamps. On the positive side, the space was nice enough and the other technicians seemed friendlier and perhaps more skilled - but I won't be returning to find out. Addendum: I was feeling bad about this review (because I'm too nice) up until my polish chipped in less than 24 hours. Forget these guys. read more

I went here for first time today. Let me start by saying it is right next door to Sally's beauty supply. I had a pleasant experience. The only bad moment was at the beginning. I was a walk-in. There seemed to be a disagreement about who would do my manicure, which actually became a bit heated. However it was in a foreign language so I don't know what was actually said. I can say it made me uncomfortable. As for the service: My technician was nice and, frankly, spoke enough english to make me feel comfortable he understood what I wanted. I has a manicure with Gelish polish. He dud a wonderful job. While I was there several other walk ins came in. They were all greeted and aged to pick out nail colors or relax for @ 10 minutes. The selection of colors was amazing. Especially with the gel colors. They also do facials, acrylic, fiberglass, asian threading, even permanent make up! I waited over a month to get a fill for my acrylic nails. When i went in on a friday afternoon i was seated right away and my Nail Tech, Annie, looked at my nails and said "Ok. This is what I'm gonna do...Ok?" She was MORE than patient with me and did an AMAZING JOB!!!!! Annie removed the old acrylic & the tips. She was able to save all but 3 of my natural nails and just gave me a powder dip. It's been almost a week and I haven't had ANY issues! No chipping, no lifting and they look natural! I went to Vista Spa last Wednesday to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. I had asked for a fill, to make them almond shape, and for gel polish. Two days after I got them done all my nails started chipping. The polish and the nails themselves. I called in and they told me to come in when I could and they would fix it at no charge. I come in today and they look at them and start working on them and then tell me it will be $50 dollars. I originally paid $35. I explained to the lady that it was their mistake and I was told they would fix it at no charge. I left and called and asked to speak to the manager and was told "you can't speak to the manager buh bye" and got hung up on. Not only did all of this happen but the nail tech was on the phone while she started fixing my nails. This place is unprofessional and bad at what they do. read more

I really wanted Vista Spa & Nails to be my "Home" salon, but I was VERY disappointed with my last service. I asked to match my nails with my pedicure, and while I realize it isn't going to be exact, mine wasn't even remotely close. My nails are beige, and my toes are bright pink - so very different, there's no comparison. I voiced my concerns, and just received a blank stare. Also, I paid for a dip, and $75 should give me a professional look, but my nails are horrible - the shape is bad and the dip extends over to my cuticles - it's so hard texture that I can't even chip it away - it looks awful. I always tip generously, and even though I was very unhappy today, I still left a $20 tip. You'd think they might attempt to make sure I received a reasonably professional looking result for my $100. Anyway, I'm sad, but I'm looking for a new location that might provide me with a manicure that doesn't look like a 10 y/o did the work. read more

I called and asked how much a certain service was, she gave me the prices over the phone and told me to come right down. I arrived within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone. I got a "spa" pedicure. The first tub with jets was not working, so then they switched me over to the next one. Wait, I moved all my stuff myself, but if it wasn't for someone else, they would have probably kept me in that tub. My pedicure was a very simply one. It was not that relaxing as other salons do with their spa pedicure. Barely even massaged my legs. I don't feel as if they valued me as a customer, nor anyone else in the shop. There was a girl next to me who mentioned before sitting down that she is allergic to latex. They didn't say anything. They should have acknowledged her allergy and said they would not use latex. Instead they talked in another language and the girl had to wait, until who knows when!? After my services were done I was more than charged double than what was quoted on the phone. I explained that the woman on the phone told me half price then what they were trying to charge me. Then another woman started arguing with me and said she is the one that talked to me on the phone. She stated she gave me the price for the manicure... which we never discussed manicures only pedicures. She never said "manicure" on the phone about any of the services I was inquiring about. The word "manicure" was NEVER mentioned. She completely LIED to me on the phone about the price of services. Then her excuse was "To read the price sign that's posted on the wall!" I explained that why would I walk in somewhere when she quoted me a price over the phone and that was the reason for me going to that nail shop versus any other in Sierra Vista! The lady who did my nails I felt bad for her, she was not any part of it. She was not the one who lied to me and misleaded me about the price. I could tell she was very nervous about not receiving a tip since now after services were done I'm charged more than double what was quoted to me over the phone. I will NEVER go to this nail shop again nor will I recommend this place to anyone! Customer Service is horrible and they are LIARS! It's a shop, not a salon! Don't go here! I don't think it's that clean either to be honest. read more

Wish I could do a 1 star! I went here about a year ago and got my nails done. I they were ok so I looked at my bank statement and they took out $70 for $40 nails! I went back with some friends(I really didnt want to go here but they were close to her house) so i get another $40 and guess what! $80 was taken from my account instead of $40 !
