We have used them three times now, we've had several characters, Ariel, Sofia, Anna, Tinkerbell, and Peter Pan...the outfits we're the best, very authentic. The characters stayed in character the whole time and we're super nice and receptive to adapting to the party's flow and vibe. Example; it rained so we brought the party indoor. I booked the unicorn princess and was astonished at the brilliance of this performer. They are not just people dressed up in costumes, they embrace the role and continue it throughout the party. She did face painting, and balloon twisting for the first hour. Then she played games, did story time, and handled the pin the tail on the unicorn game. I can't even start describing how frustrated I am! I found this company on Google, their website seemed ok as well as the pictures of their princesses so I thought I'd give it a try. It was my daughter 4th birthday and she adores Belle. I contacted them to see if they had one, they said they do. Everything was smooth until the day of the party. First I receive a call at 8am saying if I can postpone my party. Nice, yeah? Of course I said no, because it was impossible. Then they started saying phrases like "c'mon it's only 1 hr, we received another reservation and we don't wanna reject it, it's money". I was already so pissed by that, I said "no I can't postpone my party because you received another request for a princess, I booked you weeks in advance." Anyway they said, "ok, nevermind, will see you at the party". I called them 1 hour prior to the party to double confirm their arrival, person on the phone said, yes, don't worry we have you in our schedule. After waiting 25 minutes for Belle, I called them again and they said, they had to go to another party and that they warned me about it today, and asked nicely to postpone my event. 12 girls were crying. Shame on you! It's all about money for these people. They don't care about the kids, this is very frustrating. read more

Do not reccomend the one hour face painting/balloon sculpting package. The person who came to our party needed a lot of direction and had difficulty even blowing up the balloons. The balloons were popping when she tried to make just a small animal and she could not make a birthday crown. Did not offer much to the overall birthday party experience. read more

This company is a Class Act. My family went to a neighborhood event today that had hired this company to do face painting and balloons. The event was supposed to end at noon but at 11:55 the two princesses told the last four little girls in line sorry they were done. Didn't even offer to paint a real quick heart for 10 seconds on each of their faces. Once my girls stopped crying I called the company and left a message for the owner. Apparently this used to be a great company with great performers, but after what I have experienced, I don't even know where to begin. I hired princess Jasmine to my 5 yo. Before sending them a deposit they were all nice and responsive, picked up a phone right after I pressed the dial button.lol. But once I paid a deposit, here's where they showed me who they really are. I literally wanting to cancel, but unfortunately no one else was available. After trying to confirm with them a couple of details before the event, they told me "to not call them that often, because they know how to do their job and don't need any advices from third parties" So apparently I'm the third party... I booked Jasmine for 1 hr, but she stayed only for 40 minutes, 45 tops! She said she's got another party to go to and is afraid she'd be late there. I was so dissapointed with them. After she left I called they manager, of course she picked up after my 4th or 5th try, well of course, I already paid them... She said that sometimes our performers do leave earlier, because they have another party to go to, but it never extends 15 minutes. Seriously?? She also told me to respect services I'm provided with and she accused me for not paying any tips to Jasmine performer. Well, I don't know what to say. Will not be using them again, that's for sure. read more
