The UnFresh Popcorn Machine, it had been an hour sitting.

They are not People Friendly, They appear to be unwelcoming. When asked about Military Discount They looked as if it was beneath them. I would never have another event here or recommend this location for any type event. I would be more Family Friendly!!! "To Late To Leave The Kids Wanted Stay" I would suggest you stay away until improvements are made.

On Saturday June 14 we had a birthday party for my Step-son. Our Party Host was Job, He kept the party running smoothly. Did a few balancing tricks and juggling for the kids and was very professional. I highly recommend the place.

Location: Located next to Walmart, on Arizona Ave between Pecos & the 202. Plenty of parking too. Entry: Signing waivers was very easy - took less than 2 minutes. Sky Zone Socks are mandatory (cannot use other trampoline park socks) so be prepared for that and keep them for future visits. There are lockers but may run out if super busy. Lots of seating around the whole park as well. Ambiance: Sky Zone is decorated beautifully. I went to a Sky Zone in Denver and it's very similar but this one is WAY larger. They have glow time and I think it would be great to check that out next. Trampolines and equipment: Clean, fresh, and brand new. Perks of visiting when they just opened! Staff: The staff was friendly and so nice. My son was the only one jumping and one of the staff (i think manager?) Cayden decided to play with my son for a good hour. It was so nice of him to do that. You can tell they are very excited to get this park up and going. In a nutshell, we will definitely be back and will definitely check out the glow time too.

I came to check this place out with family and friends due to a Groupon we all decided to buy. What a lovely experience! This trampoline park is pretty nice! Great size without being too hard to keep track of the family and very clean which was a huge plus! I had not seen one of those with a full basketball court so that was a pretty cool. The court was full but it was great to see the middle to high schoolers having active fun there, good use of space. There are many jumping areas in various sections, climbing wall, ninja warrior type of obstacles, a very cool slide with a surprising "flying" end. You have to try to know what I mean. Only downside which is why I took a star off this review is that my daughter got her elbows scrapped going in, as it rubbed on the surface of it. Maybe the folks guiding them should warn on the safety aspect to ensure their bodies stay on the mat they provide or maybe matt needs to be bigger, not sure. She still went in twice but we ended up scrapping twice! The staff was nice to provide bandaid and I had Neosporin at hand. Still that didn't stop the fun as we stayed there for 90 minutes. It also has a cafeteria with the usual items for places like these such as pizza, slushes, sodas, etc. I didn't eat there but I observed mostly the menu and people getting their orders, looked good. All in all, I do recommend this place and I was fortunate to come when it wasn't too crowded also so it was a good experience.

Love this place! Amazing staff and very clean. We are members and come here all the time.

Let the pics do all the explaining. This is what you can expect from a place like this. Nasty. Dirty. If you have little kids you should be aware that they will be hit, shoved, pushed! Basketball court of off limits for the little ones. You should disclose that! Teenager having to deal with so much bs and are probably underpaid. Dirty tables , floor, bathroom. Tasteless food.

Death slide. Waiting to break someone's neck.

Place is a dump. Small. Let too many people in. Kids are bored in 1 hr. They force you to buy mandatory socks. What a waste! Never going back.

WARNING: graphic images below* I never write reviews but if this review prevents even one child from "severe injuries, including paralysis or death" which is a direct quote from their waiver, then I've done my job! Only about 30 minutes into my daughter's time at Sky Zone, we got a terrifying call (not from Sky Zone employees- but from my daughter's friend's mother). My daughter had SERIOUSLY INJURED her HEAD. In a panic, I drove the fastest I've ever driven to see Sky Zone filled with paramedics and firefighters. Again, the staff DID NOT call 911. This was only done by daughter's friend's mother. Before the paramedics arrived, my daughter's friend's mothers were holding her head with PAPER TOWELS to try to stop the bleeding. A staff member NEVER paid any mind. Later, we found out that my daughter hit her head on METAL located right next to the jumping zone. This should have obviously been covered but due to the staff's SEVERE NEGLIGENCE, it was not. I will be attaching a picture below. Waiting at the emergency room was terrifying. I have never seen ANYONE bleed that much let alone my own daughter! In the emergency room, they had to change the sheets 3 times because of how much she was bleeding. The poor girl had to get 3 STAPLES in her head! We did not get a SINGLE APOLOGY from this place. Then again, their waiver literally tells you: "Among the risks assumed are those, but not limited to, that may cause injury or damage while using the Facility, however caused, even if caused wholly or partially by the action or inaction of Sky Zone owners, their principals, officers, employees, their landlord, equipment manufacturers, repair persons, or agents.". We are very lucky she escaped a concussion or a more serious head injury, but that was a very likely possibility. This was caused by the SHEER NEGLIGENCE of the staff of SKY ZONE CHANDLER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING YOUR CHILD'S LIFE AWAY!

Its alright. A lot smaller then the other trampoline parks in town. I would prefer Big Air over SkyZone. The cool part was the slide but very very small and crowd.

Amazing place for kiddos and adults to play! I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old and the Toddler area is great and secluded for little ones!! I love that they offer toddler time on wednesdays and saturday's so smaller kids get to play in the whole park! I've known Karla the GM for years and is absolutely amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and there are lots of places to sit and relax for parents. Lockers are offered but they do fill up quick! This is definitely our new favorite spot to burn some energy and be with great people!!

    My family having fun!

Long check in process and they make you fill out a new waiver every year, unnecessary.

After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three…read moreUnlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission.

We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. On a positive note- the staff was very friendly.

Can't complain too much since it's only $15 to add a rental package online ($18 in-person, which is annoying). How about raise it to $20 flat and get some new gear that works reliably = 2 stars The Pro Shop has a good selection of guns and accessories at fair prices compared to online Airsoft retailers. The knowledge of the salespeople however, isn't as good. I get better answers from AI on my phone while standing at the counter. The online reservation system is AWFUL!!! The website is difficult to navigate unless you read by picture. Looks more like multiple flyers glued to a screen that have hidden links in some, but not others. When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time. I'm not a web designer, but with most people using technology to purchase goods, services, and experiences, you'd think they'd do some market research to gather feedback on how to build a user-friendly website. We haven't tried any of the other Airsoft locations in Phoenix, but after our three (3) past experiences, I'm ready to move on from VIP Airsoft. It kinda sucks, because this place is close to our house and easy to get to.
