My 13 year old dog was ill, most of me knew our time together was over but I still had hope that she could be saved. As it turned out when I brought her in there was nothing to be done other than allow her to pass peacefully in my arms and end her pain. The team here was so kind and gentle. There was a comfortable private room where they allowed me the time to say my goodbyes. They let me sit on the floor so she could be curled up on my lap as she left this world and then gave me privacy again assuring me that I could take all the time I needed. They also arranged her cremation process for me. And yesterday I came home to a hand written condolence card... this was such a difficult time but I can imagine it would have been even more so without their kindness and grace in the way they handled us both. The dog's electrolytes were out of balance, and he had a 25,000 white blood cell count with a few other markers that indicated possible pancreatitis. Our observations also indicated possible sepsis. He was lethargic, dry heaving and becoming worse by the minute. Minimaly, they should have started IV antibiotics and fluids for his electrolytes immediately. Instead, even when support items were repeatedly asked about, they left him alone in a strange room with no treatment or family getting steadily worse. read more

brought my dog in, gave me a diagnosis which was then later figured out to be false by another vet. a year later brought my cat in, she gave me the exact same diagnosis for my cat, which was again false. it was like Deja vu. Vets bedside manner is terrible and unprofessional. Only consented to labs and UA, both of which they refused to do. They did an xr and charged me for it, did not consent to it. read more

First of all, I was so relieved to find a place that was open on a Sunday to help my poor Aries. Even though it was very busy, they got us right in. In the 20 minutes or so I was sitting in the waiting room, 4 more pups came through the doors. Aries was very sick, he had lost a lot of weight and probably wouldn't have made it to see his regular vet. The staff was kind and compassionate, and when we said goodbye, it was on comfy blankets and surrounded by his loved ones. It was a close as you could get to our own living room. Second time visiting this facility, overall excellent experience. The vet on that day took me into a room to discuss my dog's prognosis. She took notes and asked lots of questions. Our vet couldn't get us in due to being over booked, we were told his symptoms were an emergency. The prices are great compared to many emergency vet clinics. He had two blood panels done. All of the staff was helpful caring and tried to make sure I was comfortable despite the very hard benches in the waiting area. It makes sense why they have that type of seating but when waiting for hours it was a bit uncomfortable. The day we went it was very busy to the point they had a waiting list. But they called people in which I thought was nice instead of having them sit in the waiting room. They also offered other facilities if they didn't want to wait, which I also found noble, to put the pets interests first. read more

They recently took in a family members long time pet who was clearly declining as stated by one of the nurses. They continued to offer false hope to my family in promoting additional tests. In the end 3 hours later a euthanasia took place. Just saying my family is heartbroken and had to pay a $900 vet bill only to lose him in the end is heartbreaking and unnecessary cruelty. read more
