There was a comfortable private room where they allowed me the time to say my goodbyes. They let me sit on the floor so she could be curled up on my lap as she left this world and then gave me privacy again assuring me that I could take all the time I needed. They also arranged her cremation process for me. And yesterday I came home to a hand written condolence card... this was such a difficult time but I can imagine it would have been even more so without their kindness and grace in the way they handled us both. Dr. Tingue called as soon as the surgery/procedure was complete. Bruno, the unlucky pup, was/is doing well. He is home. He has pain meds and a few anger issues with us because of his missing male parts. A good day for us. Not so much for Bruno.

We've been here several times now. The doctors here are very kind and patient and knowledgeable and it is definitely worth our time to drive all the way out here from Buffalo. They always encourage follow up and it doesn't seem like it's because they're just trying to drum up business, they seem like they really care about animals and their pet parents :)
