There was a comfortable private room where they allowed me the time to say my goodbyes. They let me sit on the floor so she could be curled up on my lap as she left this world and then gave me privacy again assuring me that I could take all the time I needed. They also arranged her cremation process for me. And yesterday I came home to a hand written condolence card... this was such a difficult time but I can imagine it would have been even more so without their kindness and grace in the way they handled us both.
