Took…read moremy baby ( my orange tabby with extra toes) there yesterday because my vet was closed and I know he has an upper respiratory infection. Well this place had just ONE Vet on duty for a place that size. They put me in a so called sterile room that had sticky floors and rust on the pole holding the table to the wall. After 4 1/2 hours with not one person to come say anything was a nightmare. I do understand emergency and triage but that doesn't mean to keep other people waiting in rooms with their sick babies and being ignored. Needless to say I left came home went to yelp for reviews and was not shocked at all with them. I called back and the receptionist says to me well yeah we know about the bad reviews and do you know any Vets that want to work here like is was all a big joke. DISGUSTING UNSTERILE UNCARING PLACE !!! I will be contacting the BBB and suggest any one else that has had a bad experience to do the same as this is the only way to get them to change their behavior or be shut down. Had to have her put down just this morning, but my brother and I have been driving back and forth at least twice a week for the last three weeks to get her care. They were *always* able to accommodate her immediately and *always* able to provide the best care possible, given the circumstances. I could not have gotten this level of emergent care from any vet hospital in my home city (believe me, I tried). To doctors Wajda, Kwiatkowski, and Carbone, as well as the many receptionists, desk staff, and techs who helped us from our first visit until the end of her life: thank you. Thank you for allowing us to give Ophelia the best quality of life possible for the short time she had left, and thank you for all the tissues (though you may want to spring for 2-ply in the future).

Dr. krolczyk came in to discuss the plan of care. She was very kind, professional, and patient with us as she answered our numerous questions. They were very upfront about the cost which I think is important. Of course it was pricey, but what emergency vet isn't. I felt they were very kind and caring to both my cat and my family throughout the experience. My cat had to have surgery and was there for a few days and they were so good about calling and giving me updates. I would definitely come back here.
