As they say, first impressions are everything. I love the logo and the store front is inviting. With a big "TATTOO" sign in green on the front and clean windows, it was comforting to see they keep their space clean. We were greeted upon arrival and took a seat to wait. When it was our turn, even as a walk in, the process was super easy. You scan a QR code and check in, sign an agreement and request a service. Nose piercing came to a total of $75. The work itself was done professionally. Ricky made sure to sterilize everything. He worse gloves and was an all around cool guy. We chatted about music and that calmed my nerves. I've gotten piercings before but it's been a while and I'd never done my nose before. Anyways, it was a fun experience and I think it came out great. Ricky made sure to ask me to give a big cheesy smile so he could get the placement right. Which made sense because your nose flares when you smile! To start, I went to get my rook pierced at the end of September. There is only one lady that…read morepierces there. She was fine, no problem with what she did but she did give me an after care for tattoos, not piercings. However, when I came back to get it checked because I noticed something wrong, was the problem. I first contacted her by phone number. I sent her a picture of my piercing, clearly showing that my ear was rejecting it. She tried blaming me saying that it was obvious I had taken out the jewelry too early and that is what caused the problem. I had in fact not taken it out at all and cleaned it every day. I am experienced in cleaning piercings because I have 10 others. When I came in person for her to take it out, she then tried to blame me again saying that I should have came in earlier and taken better care of it. Mind you, it was not infected whatsoever. After, when she tried taking the piercing out using tools it slipped and she wasn't successful. She then started YANKING on my piercing MULTIPLE times and pulled it STRAIGHT THROUGH MY SKIN!! It hurt SO BAD! I quite literally started crying! She proceeded to say, " Oh look, it just came right out." And " At least you don't need stitches." I did not come there to get my earring ripped out of my ear. If you want or are thinking about getting a piercing here, I would NOT recommend in case something goes wrong!!

This was my first body piercing I've ever had and I felt so good with it too,…read morebut like other reviews have said, they don't do a proper navel piercing - it's a surface piercing and it WILL reject. I tried to do my research on the piercing before and when it was time to get it done I asked my piercer if I had the correct anatomy for it. She said yes, and I do, but it should've been done differently and not as a surface piercing according to another piercer I saw. : (( I was so nervous but happy! She was actually very sweet, which is why I didn't give one star, but unfortunately the piercing migrated, began to go sideways, and eventually started to reject because it was just a surface piercing. Now, I was really nervous about this happening so I did go back in once a month ago to have it looked at. The guy actually told me it looked slanted because I was a chubby girl (the fat folding moves the piercing?) and lifted my belly a bit in the mirror to show me LOL I got it two months ago and this photo was taken today. I did my aftercare as instructed and even bought the product the piercer recommended to me. I washed my hands properly (even used hand sanitizer on my hands before just to make sure) and used the wound wash/oil twice a day. I have to let it heal before I can get it done again, but even then, there will be at least a light scar there forever. I'm so so devastated.. Like others have said, they pierce your belly, not your actual navel. I should've read the Yelp reviews before I came here.
