I tried giving them many chances but it seems that it is what it is. It reminds me of the nail salon comedy. Loud Asian speaking technicians from across the room. No customer curtesy. I don't find the technicians very skillful either. Staff is continually changing. The message chairs are broken. It is not a place to go for relaxation and pampering. read more

They are under new ownership so this review is for the new owner! If you've been looking for a new nail salon, I highly suggest you come here! Ask for Rika or Hannah, they're both really good so if you go you can ask for them and you'll be happy. Rika is the one who does mine and my moms nails. I have never had a consistent nail routine until I started coming here. My nails last a full month every time. Rika has helped me take my nails from short little nails to long natural beauty. I get the dip powder each time and it's been going great! I will continue to come here because I love the consistency and the ease of getting an apt when needed and knowing I will leave happy! Came here last minute before a trip and will not be returning. I came here because my normal threading shop next door was closed and I needed my eyebrows done. Got a wax and the room did not seem very sanitary. The brow shape was not what I wanted but I didn't complain and at the very last minute decided to do a full set of nails and pedicure while I was there. I definitely appreciate the availability and ease to get started, however the girl that did my nails, kinda irked me. When she was putting on the tips she asked how long and I told her kinda long and she showed me and I asked for longer and she laughed at me. Not sure what that was about but fast forward to the next day one of my nails chipped. Two days later two more chipped. Never had nails do me like that. I've gotten my nails done for tests all over fresno and Clovis. Just stopped during my pregnancy and for the first year after giving birth but I know that's not normal. read more

This was my first time coming here. I had 2 girls work on my nails. One shaped them and the other did the polish and artwork. The polish was so messy and she used only one coat of polish because she was in such a hurry to go work on another client. I wanted purple tip with bats on them. Also before I sat down I specifically asked if it was something she could do. I'm just really disappointed and won't be coming here again. They rush you so they can work on other clients. read more

This place has terrible ventilation. If you go here, you will get toxic poisoning from the fumes of the chemicals and glues they use for manicures and pedicures. My partner just went for a mani/pedi and when we got home, she was shaking vomited. read more

I was trying to get in somewhere last minute for a manicure & pedicure with my mom when I was in town the week before New Years Eve. This is one of the only places that squeezed me in and stayed open late to finish my nail appointment. Everyone who worked on my mom and I was so nice and did an amazing job. Kim spent a long time smoothing and painting my nails making sure they were perfect and left no gap between the dip powder and my cuticle! A friend and I came here for some girl time and Season exceeded all of our expectations. The staff are so friendly and kind, it sets a really nice and welcoming mood. They have a great selection of regular and gel polishes and offer dip powders too. I opted for a mani/pedi and my friend got a gel manicure. Top-notch services all around. I got a #2 pedicure for my feet that I regularly subject to runs and hikes. Ahhh, it felt so good and I'm so pleased! The #2 came with a scrub, paraffin wax, foot massage, and other accoutrements. My manicure (just regular, no gel) was also very well done and it's lasted me quite a few days. My friend's gel manicure was picture perfect and looked lovely. Season is usually busy and for good reason - they know what they're doing here! You can call and make an appointment or give them a heads up you're coming. So excited!! After being shut down 3 1/2 months due to Covid-19 nail salons are back open. Made an appointment with Trina to get a much needed pedicure. As soon as you walk in you are required to read & sign waiver form & a technician takes your temperature. So nice to see they are watching out for their patrons & themselves. There's a plexiglass partition placed between you & manicurist. The chairs for pedicures were all filled up (maybe 6 chairs). The shop is nice & clean. Will be back. Support local! read more

My sister in law goes here often and a few weeks ago she booked us in together to get a mani-pedi for my birthday. I keep my nails natural most of the time but I like to get a mani once in awhile. I hadn't had them done for awhile and was keeping them short so I went for acrylic French tips. Thuy worked quickly and did a solid job. It took about the same amount of time as my sister's fill, probably a little over 30 minutes. I'm not sure how to rate the manicure itself, she didn't do any cuticle work, which I'm told they don't do for acrylics. The nails were very thick and looked good overall but if you look closely there's sort of a darker bubbling effect in the gel (zoom in on the pic and you'll see). It wasn't really noticeable to other people but I found it odd. That said, they were solid and stayed put for over two weeks. I've since been back for another set of acrylics which I was happier with. The pedicure was pretty swift too. The seats are comfortable and adjustable. I was glad to have someone to talk to during the ticklish parts - I've always been weird about people touching my feet. Thuy had a laugh at me for how short and wonky my toenails were - hey, I didn't know I'd be getting a pedicure when I cut them. She did a good job painting my pixie toenails and they've kept well despite being regular gel. Overall I'm pretty happy and I'd come here again. read more

The young man acted like he did not want to be there, my chair did not seem to work, the water was barely warm with no bubbles, the whole experience was painful as he was not careful, the leg and foot massage was nonexistent, and the polish was applied in a sloppy manner. Then he told me to wait for the polish to dry and he walked out of the shop. Another woman interrupted her session with another client to come over and take my payment. If I could give this salon a negative rating, then I would do so. read more

While I didn't wait long when I did go I didn't get what I asked for a paid a lot for what I didn't want. Plus my child was sprayed with water from the chair she was sitting in. I was so upset that she said she could do what I asked for and then when it came to doing the color she said she couldn't even though I made it clear if she couldnt I had a back up idea of what I wanted if she couldn't do it but kept assuring me she could I ended up with plain pink nails and I was disappointed. I came in last week for a simple mani/pedi. I have never been to this salon before, but I figured you can't mess up a simple mani/pedi. I was wrong. The manicurist did not file my nails correctly, leaving jagged edges that immediately caught on my clothes and left me with two broken nails. The pedicurist left right after finishing my toes, leaving me to put on my own flip flops so I could leave. This might be a minor detail, but I've never had that experience before. Ultimately, I can't recommend Season Nails & Spa and suggest you go across the street instead. read more

I have been to expensive spas and to the less-expensive places. Although some have been better than others, I have never had a treatment and an experience that was so bad that I thought to complain about it. Look at the pictures, no further words are needed. I did a regular pedicure for $33, and this is what I got. She cut my nails, gave a 30 second massage, and did not even clean my culticles well. It was a rushed and horrible job. read more
