I asked for a simple 1" on top and 1/2" on the sides with a fade. Basic basic basic! She spent 15 minutes messing around on the left side of my head then I'm guessing she fucked up the fade because I was left with a 3/8" on top all patchy and uneven and 1/8 on the sides with uneven fades and one really extra short strip on the left side! I was so pissed I just paid and left, I didn't want to spend another second arguing with them in there. Moral of this review, do not come here expecting them to care or even know how to cut hair. Charlotte you were nice but if you aren't qualified to cut a basic haircut then please let people know so they can go elsewhere to get what they want! I saw a review trying to say these people were racists or something based on online comments. Personally, I find it unhealthy if you're unable to let strangers have privacy outside of their work so I don't go creeping on employees. That said, I observed a diverse set of ethnicities and backgrounds in the employees and customers. They all interacted like good friends and were kind and respectful all around. Sounds to me like someone just got offended by a Facebook argument and decided to make personal attacks at the expense of the reputation of hard-working, small-town business owners. Frankly, that review is more hateful and bigoted than anything I saw. And I was actually there, so you can decide. If you're someone that's worried about being treated with kindness and respect, I'd fully expect that you'll get it here. (As long as you don't have trouble giving the same of course.)
