We recently decided to redo our front and side yard and had two palm trees that needed to be cut down. I called a few companies and Uriel was the first to respond with a time to meet. He met me at my house on time and was very friendly. He gave me a good quote and offered to come by the next day. I decided to give him a try. This company is great! I hired Encinal to cut down a large 100 YO tree (I had a permit), a small tree, and to prune a dangerous branch on a third tree. Scheduling a time to get a quote was very easy and Uriel accommodated my schedule. He gave a quote on the spot and based on comparisons to others, it was reasonable. He was available to do the work the following week and worked with my schedule. I ultimately chose Urial because he could do the entire job without having to sub-contract to someone else (he had the ability to grind out the stump from the large tree himself) -- and was so friendly and accommodating. We had a very big eucalyptus branch break off from the wind and smash our chain link fence. I contacted Encinal Tree Service around 2 PM on Wednesday and on Thursday they came by at 8 AM and removed it. Not only did they remove the branch, haul it all away and leave the hillside and driveway super clean, they fixed the fence up as well as they could, including bending some bars we thought were beyond repair, such that the fence is functional. I called Encinal after frantically searching for a last minute trim for my large magnolia tree in my front yard. With the recent amount of rain and wind we had another storm looming, I was afraid the tree would fall. I was actually out of town when I made the call. Not only did Uriel and his team trim the tree immediately that morning, they moved my husbands car that was covered and recovered it. He also moved my plants to make sure they would not get damaged. We had two large oak trees and a mature apple tree in our backyard that had grown like crazy due to the heavy rains. The trees had grown so much that they were starting to get close to our windows and over our addition. The apple tree especially was very thick and overgrown.
