Rodriguez Tree Service did a very nice job on my Belmont property. I had 4 live oaks that needed heavy pruning: 3 to regain my view and 1 too close to my roofline and thus a wildfire hazard. When we first got our dog 4 years ago, we simply wanted to put in a new lawn for her, and that turned into redesigning our front yard. After years of neglect and drought our front yard landscaping needed help. A privet had grown from a bush into a tree and was raising some of the brick work by our front porch. A long patch of ivy separated the yard from the street and the yard itself was a combination of dead grass and dirt. It was time for a complete renovation but finding someone who was willing to tackle the task was not easy. Then we discovered Rodriguez Tree and Landscape Service. We contacted Jose and discussed the changes we wanted to make which included removal of the privet and the old yard, repair of the brickwork and the construction of a stone wall across the front to replace the ivy. Jose provided a bid for all of the above as well as installing new plantings and a new water saving irrigation system. All of the above was accomplished over a period of few weeks which included two weeks when we were out of town. We never felt rushed into making decisions and were able to make a few changes to the original bid as the project moved forward. Bottom line: Jose Rodriguez and his crew were a delight to work with, showed up in a timely manner and completed the job to our satisfaction, all at a fair price.
