I would never recommend this company. Manuel Feliciano performed fiberglass refinishing work on my…read morepool without the required contractor's license. The work caused my fiberglass pool to fail and "pop," resulting in catastrophic damage. Although he initially agreed to reimburse me through small installment payments, he stopped making payments before repaying what he owed. I ultimately had to spend more than three times the original cost to have the pool properly repaired by a qualified contractor. Afterward, he claimed he had moved to Spain, making it even more difficult to recover my losses. My experience was costly, stressful, and extremely disappointing. I encourage anyone considering hiring this company to thoroughly verify licensing and do their research first.

I had another leak company come out and repair the crack, told them it was going to be recoated in the spring and got their nod of approval. communicated in Feb. 2026 with Mr. Feliciano and he agreed to come out in the beginning of March and redo that crack and a couple of other minor spots. after quite a few emails and certified letter, I have never heard from him again. so much for a 10 year prorated warranty. which was one of the big selling features as to why I chose him to resurface my pool.

Don't even bother continuing your search for another pool company because they won't get any better…read morethan Premier Pools. We researched, spoke to friends about their experiences and got quotes from various companies for almost 2 years before going with this one. Billy gave us a quote (that was actually itemized), explained everything thoroughly & honestly, was super quick to return all my texts and phone calls and didn't ditch us as soon as we put a deposit down. He was there through the entire process ensuring we had everything we needed and responding to our messages right away. Our pool supervisor changed halfway through the process but the service didn't. They told us it would be about 6 months from dig to swimming and it was done in 5. No deceiving lies about getting things done faster, no issues that weren't immediately fixed, no half ass handy work, no stress. I would use Premier Pools again and again.

AVOID PREMIER POOLS & SPAS -- 20+ MONTHS LATER AND OUR POOL IS STILL NOT COMPLETE…read more We entered into our contract on January 1, 2025. It is now September 2026. Our pool is STILL incomplete, inspections are not finalized, and permits remain open. We paid Premier approximately $180,000 ON TIME, IN FULL, LAST YEAR. For perspective, approximately 10 homes and 10 pools have been built in our neighborhood by other companies since our project began. These are the FACT-BASED issues we have experienced: * Do not believe the 3-6 month timeline given during the sales process. That is what we were told. More than 20 months later, our pool is still incomplete. We will even take ownership of approximately 3 months when we were out of town. The timeline represented to us was nowhere close to reality. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. * We have had THREE construction managers. Each turnover created more confusion, lack of continuity, and seemingly zero accountability for what the previous manager failed to complete. * Zero leadership or ownership accountability. Despite everything that has happened, the owners have never personally reached out to us ONCE to understand the situation, apologize, or help resolve it. Their lack of involvement speaks volumes about how seriously customer concerns are taken. * Premier repeatedly sent workers to our home UNANNOUNCED. Several times those workers needed equipment or access to something inside our house. Because Premier never communicated that anyone was coming, we were not home to let them in, creating completely avoidable delays. * We have repeatedly had to chase Premier for updates. After "pool school" on August 13, 2026, meaningful communication essentially stopped. * Our approximately 13,000-gallon pool has been filled THREE TIMES. We watched the water disappear and emailed Premier asking one simple question: WHERE IS THE WATER GOING? They never answered. Imagine approximately 13,000 gallons of water disappearing and the company responsible for building your brand-new pool refusing to explain why -- and then it happening THREE times. Whether the cause was plumbing, equipment, a leak, construction, waterproofing, or something else, we STILL have not received an adequate explanation or reassurance regarding the integrity of the pool and its systems. * Premier themselves hired a third-party company to work on the Jandy/AquaLink system. That company inspected the system after the spa repeatedly drained and advised us that the waterfall was pulling water from the spa and that the plumbing configuration needed to be addressed. Think about that: a company PREMIER hired identified and warned us about an issue with Premier's own newly constructed pool. * We also experienced an AquaLink equipment/system error that another company Premier sent had to troubleshoot and fix. * We attempted to hire THREE different independent pool companies simply to clean and maintain our pool. ALL THREE declined because they determined Premier's construction was still incomplete. We cannot even PAY another company to take over routine maintenance because three separate companies have told us the pool is not ready. * Inspections and permit closeout remain delayed more than 20 months after our contract began. This is not one mistake. It is a pattern. In summary: * 20+ months on a project sold to us as approximately 3-6 months * $180,000 paid in full last year * THREE construction managers * Workers repeatedly showing up unannounced * Pool filled THREE times with no explanation for the massive water loss * Repeated emails/questions ignored * Spa repeatedly draining * Premier's own third-party contractor identifying a plumbing/system issue * Outside professionals troubleshooting a brand-new pool * THREE pool companies refusing to service it because construction remains incomplete * Delayed inspections * Open permits * Owners who have never personally contacted us once January 1, 2025 September 2026. STILL NOT FINISHED. Meanwhile, approximately 10 homes and 10 pools have been completed in our neighborhood during the same period by other companies. Those FACTS speak for themselves. If you are considering Premier Pools & Spas, my recommendation based on our experience is simple: exit the screen and find another company. If you still choose to proceed, get every promise, timeline, responsibility, and commitment IN WRITING. Ask who will actually be accountable when your construction manager leaves or your project goes seriously off track. Based entirely on our experience, I would never hire Premier Pools & Spas again and cannot recommend them to another homeowner.
