That equates to 15 min pool service maintenance, 4 times per month or 1 hour worth of service for $120. Yes... chemicals... less than 1/3 that per month. Did my own for years. Is it worth $70/hour? Nahhhhh Don't even pay my accountant that much per hour. No recommended. Pool service is overrated. Be careful who you hire.

He was kind and patient with all my texts and questions throughout the process. He texted to check on our satisfaction following the refilling of the pool. He is young, but extremely professional (beyond his years). Although Sebastian does not service pools in our area, he gave me helpful feedback that helped us to recognize areas where we were being overcharged. He did not attempt to influence us to make a change in our service, but when I asked for a recommendation, he offered one. Thanks to Sebastian, we are saving money each month. And he charged us half of what the other company quoted us for the acid wash. Because no one can guarantee to remove every stain (without completely resurfacing), it was a hard decision to spend so much money. But because he offered a more reasonable price and was confident he could considerably improve the pool's appearance, we decided it was worth the risk to try. And we're very glad we did. I would say that the surface is 75-80% improved in its appearance. It looks clean again. And the grout turned out beautiful. (We bought our home from someone who had maintained the pool themselves and apparently didn't keep the chemicals balanced properly, which led to the discoloration of the surface over time.) I'm glad we found Sebastian and would have hired him in a NY minute to service our pool if we were in his service area. We were very impressed with him; his professionalism and his helpfulness even beyond the work he was hired to do for us.

Either way they came out and fixed it (they said) However there was a leaking valve they came back and fixed that. They left and never told me that the values from my solar panels and I was never told. So, I called them back to fix that and they used a saw to cut the PVC pipe, after that my main drain was clogged. the service tech said he didn't know what clogged it. (BS) now today 11/8/23 this is all within two weeks now my hot tub is not filling up so I will call A&E pools to finally fix my pool.
