They left and never told me that the values from my solar panels and I was never told. So, I called them back to fix that and they used a saw to cut the PVC pipe, after that my main drain was clogged. the service tech said he didn't know what clogged it. (BS) now today 11/8/23 this is all within two weeks now my hot tub is not filling up so I will call A&E pools to finally fix my pool.

I have to buy salt, chemicals, etc. anyway, so the purchases add up pretty quickly to the $5 coupon. Also, I purchase salt on Double Punch Wednesdays to get free salt faster.

I stopped in Leslie's simply because it's closest to my house. Nice lady on the floor took my info and got me scheduled for a tech to come by. The pool tech was obviously real familiar with my equipment, took care of 3 leaks in short order, corrected the filter issue and educated me on what was going on, age of gear and what to expect to replace. Never once tried to sell me anything. Passed on his experience on what to repair and what to replace. Could not have asked for a better experience. I hate being ripped off, love getting great service and that's what I got. My gear is old, I know replacement is in my future. He gave me a detailed estimate for each component so I could replace items as I can afford them. Five stars to this company.

A couple months ago I needed a new filter system and chlorinator for my pool. While I could have…read moredone this myself, I am 76 years old with a bad back, so was willing to pay to have it done. After getting a couple bids, I contacted Tri-city to do the install. A few days later a Tech arrived. He cut out the old system and began the install. An hour or so later he has completed the job and needs for me to sign, but also needed to show me where there was a piece broke off the lid but functional. He said they would be out day after tomorrow. His boss ordered a new on and said they would be out in a couple of days to replace the broken lid. A month went by and no show so I called and was told they would be out in a couple days. Still no show. I called again and was told tomorrow and they did show up at that time. The system looked as if an amateur put it in. The pipe from the filter ran at a 30 degree angle downward because the filter sat higher than the old one. Instead of using an elbow, he just pushed it down to match up to the old pipe. Then, being crooked, the rest of the system did not fit right so again he forced the pipe into an angle to fit. Very ugly looking. About 2 months after install, two joints came apart due to being forced to an odd angle I repaired it as best I could and hoped for the best. Two days later it came apart again. After several emails and a couple phone calls, they refuse to come and repair their mess stating plumbing repairs were not there responsibility, even though the cut the pipe and installed the new fittings. The service manager promised returned calls that never happened. I went to Ace hardware and bought some parts and took the whole system out and replumbed it correctly, something I was trying to avoid because of my age and back issues. All this after I paid over $200 for labor and pipe fitting parts. I will never use them again nor do I recommend them.

Instead of canceling it for me, the store told me to do it online. What followed was hours on the phone with customer service. First, I was promised a cancellation that never went through. When I called back, I was told it was "on hold" and couldn't be canceled. Another supervisor then claimed orders can never be canceled once placed. Finally, after a supervisor called the store directly, they managed to cancel it. The local staff are friendly, but the backend support is an absolute circus. Spending hours on the phone to cancel an order they couldn't even fill is unacceptable. I won't be back.
