Encore was one of three companies I met with in person to obtain quotes and look at samples (I had phone consults with five) and after gathering all the info, it was an obvious decision to go with Encore. Not only is Rich (the owner) very personable and easy to work with, he is also transparent and puts the needs of his clients first. Rich is great at customer service, and communicated well throughout the process. Rich provided me with options and was quick to come up with a bid. His bid had everything broken down which allowed me to decide if I wanted to do any of the work myself. We searched and searched for luxury vinyl, took home samples from several big stores. Nothing seemed right. Went to ENCORE and not only were we treated better they had a great selection and were very helpful. You have no worries when shopping here you deal with the actual owners. They are very easy to work with and provide the attention to your project as if it was their own. We can't say enough good about the product we picked or the service we received. Do yourself a favor , skip the national, huge companies, where after they sell it they don't care if it is done right, Encore was the best decision we could have made.
