    RV countertops

Since Tintas did our counters in our home, we decided to use them for our RV as well. We looked all over for RV fabricators and found one in Mesa. We liked the fact that Tintas was willing to do it at their facility in Surprise and since we used them before, we were excited that they agreed to do our RV. They did an outstanding job, as usual. Their communication and installation was professional and exceptional. Gabriel did such good work--he had done similar work on his own van and treated our Class C as his own. I highly recommend Tintas if you need work done on your RV! See pics below.

Tintas is the best! Great attention to detail and wonderful people who work there. They never missed an appointment or rescheduled. They only employ craftsmen.

    Kitchen/hutch base

We had an amazing experience with Tintas. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and assisted. Bill helped us find just what we were looking for. This was one of the easiest renovations we've ever done. Shandi called when she said she would and everything was completed as scheduled. We had some material left over and Bill suggested a topper for our hutch base we agreed and for a nominal labor fee it was cut and ready for pick up a few days later. We couldn't be happier with the finished project.

Exceeded our expectations with choice, value and service. Communication was wonderful all along the process. Great company to do business with.

New granite that makes the kitchen look so much better TINTAS did a great job

Great job looks fantastic. Crew was polite and professional. Owner a great person . Gave us good ideas and final job perfect

If you are looking to replace your countertops, look no futher than Tintas Granite & Flooring. They are a locally owned business that does not sub contract out and does all their machining in house!! Everyone that we encountered were professional, courteous, and their customer service was above and beyond. Shanti was at the reception desk and she was always so friendly when we talked, she emailed a detailed schedule of what and when it would happen. She always did follow up calls. Each of the following contractors were on-time, professional, precise with their work, courteous, and never left a mess: Johnny & Ailana - they did the demo of taking down the old backsplash and leveling the step up bar behind the sink. This couple was fun and friendly!! Gabriel & his partner - they came and measured and than made the templates for the new countertops. They explained everything to us and how the completed product would look. David & Jesus - they took off the old countertops and installed the new countertops. They were just amazing and so friendly!! Daniel - he was the plumber that showed up within an hour after the countertops were installed. He hooked the stove back up and installed all the plumbing and faucets. Very efficient and cleaned up great!! We can't say enough about each and everyone of the team members. Bill, you should be very proud of the people you have working for you. It has restored our faith that there are really great people out there that do take pride in their workmanship and their customer service, which is very hard to find today. Also Bill, thank you for taking us into purchasing the 2 slabs of the exquisite quartzite, we absolutely love it!!

Good people and great service. Good find to get our new kitchen tops and cabinets. Thanks again and we will be doing our restroom next .

Tintas did a really amazing job on the granite install for the small utility sink area near my laundry room. The builder of my home had placed this cabinet as renumeration for an unrelated oversight but nothing more (sink/countertop etc). From the initial sales meeting to the time the location was measured to the install, I would say took about three weeks. They were able to match my existing granite and countertop "eased edge" in the kitchen. I had a special request to move the sink slightly left to accomodate my supplies and they were happy to show me how it would all look. In addition, their team even cut the hole for me for the faucet. Delighted with how this project turned out and for what I would consider a reasonable price considering the time labor and size of the cabinet.

Our countertops are beautiful! We completely remodeled our kitchen and love the results. The only thing I wish was a little better was the plywood used under the island. It's not the best quality, pics provided. The installation guys were okay. Didn't speak English. When we asked if they would be installing metal brackets in the island, they said they were not needed, but we had an18" overhang on the island so we insisted. Then when our tintas representative arrived at our residence, he made sure the metal brackets were used and he said they wouldn't charge us for them. So they made the situation better. Overall we are really pleased with the counters and will recommend tintas to friends and family.

Our first interaction was with Nicole, who was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She clearly explained the estimating process, timelines, and next steps, making us feel comfortable and informed from the start. A few days later, Brian met with us at our home, and we were immediately impressed. He was punctual, communicated his arrival time in advance, and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is hard to find. More importantly, Brian took the time to truly listen to our vision. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience, he offered thoughtful ideas and creative solutions that would not only enhance the design but also improve the functionality and enjoyment of our home. Throughout the walkthrough, Brian carefully evaluated the space, took measurements, documented the existing layout, and discussed product recommendations and design options. What stood out most was his integrity and honesty. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, he focused on helping us make informed decisions that aligned with our goals and budget. After the visit, Brian explained the next steps and told us he would prepare a ROM with a detailed scope of work and cost breakdown. To our surprise, we received it just a few hours later. The proposal was exceptionally detailed, transparent, and easy to understand, with every aspect of the project clearly itemized. It was by far the most comprehensive, factual, and professional estimate we've ever seen. He even included references, which further demonstrated his confidence in the quality of his work and commitment to transparency. If we could give Brian and the AZ Remodel Pros team more than five stars, we absolutely would. Brian's integrity, expertise, experience, and dedication to his clients set him apart from the competition. Working with him was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone considering a remodeling project.

The scope covered walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, AC, flooring installation, carpet, and paint, essentially half of our house. We got five bids for the job, and R&M came in lower than the other four. They did an excellent job on all of it. Ramiro was great to work with. On a job this large, things change and new issues come up along the way, and he was flexible with us every single time. There was also an insurance claim involved, which meant a lot of extra detail and documentation on top of the actual construction work. He gladly provided everything we needed, every time we asked, and never treated it as an inconvenience. That made a genuinely stressful process much easier to manage. Rafa, our project manager, was our day-to-day on site and was outstanding. He was attentive, there consistently, and always responsive when we had questions or added something to the punch list. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and stayed on top of the details all the way through closeout. We were displaced to an Airbnb during the rebuild, which means we trusted this crew in our home while we weren't there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. More than one crew member told us they just wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and you could see that in the finished work. They went above and beyond on everything we needed. We'll be using them again for our next project without hesitation. Highly recommend.

They return phone calls incredibly fast and they will work in any changes you may have. I found them to be honest and hard working every day that they are there. They are fair with costs and how much they charge per job and you walk away knowing that you got fabulous value for what they charged you. We had work done in all rooms including the addition of an Arizona Room , but for us it was a sewing room. Did it matter what the room was for? Yes in this instance it did, because I needed an excessive amount of light. They did a magnificent job, you couldn't even tell that the room was added on. They built the gazebo we had and they added a small putting green for the beginner golfers in us. They added new closet doors on our new closets. They did various electrical work in the house. They added a keyless entry onto our doors and did some work in the garage. They built us the best carport with a noiseless remote door. Anything we asked them to do they were able to do. If you want honest, fair and hard workers R&M is the business to use. You will be 200% satisfied!!

I've got a rather complicated project regarding logistics and timing (not skill once work can begin) that has made things difficult. When I first contacted this guy, we set up a date to meet and discuss the project. He no-showed. No phone call or anything. Eventually we met and he explained the lack of communication on his end. I get it. Things happen. Because of other cogs in this wheel, I wasn't able to get him to do the work right away. Now that I'm nearing the point where I can bring in a pro, I contacted him again. I needed cabinets painted and likely a back splash installed. He asked for pictures and a description of what needed to be done. I sent him the pictures and description through Yelp. I was rather surprised when he said that he didn't need an appointment to get me a quote but I thought I'd go with it because I just needed a VERY rough range to facilitate planning. A range of $5000 would've been acceptable. Instead I got told I have "major issues" and he felt "sorry for the poor sap that I hire". Screen shots of the conversation are attached so judge for yourself what kind of person this is. First he no-showed and then insulted me for asking questions. Granted, after reading through our conversation I did see that he asked me to call him and I didn't because I skimmed over that part. My apologies. If he had just asked me again to call him I would've done so.

What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. If every contractor worked like Hektor -- professional, reliable, hands-on, and truly caring -- home projects would be stress-free. We couldn't recommend him more!
