My daughter got a full set with French tips. Unfortunately, one of her nails popped off shortly after the appointment. Since she had extensions, I expected them to last longer. The French tip polish also didn't fully cover the sides of some of the nails, and the nail service took quite a long time. Overall, our pedicures and waxing were a great experience, but we were disappointed with the quality and durability of my daughter's full set. We were all in town visiting family and wish we could have gone back to have her nails fixed or get a refund, but we had already returned to Georgia.

While I had to wait for my nails to soak, the tech had me sit in one of the open massage chairs for pedicures, so relaxing! When it was time to apply my new set, the nail tech was very patient and took the time to show me various glitters and gems she had. I was then charged almost $60 for gel that I didn't request. It was a $5 up charge to change the shape to coffin, even though the nails were hardly altered and are still extremely wide. The Nail Place review…read more EDIT, 16 months later: Went back to The Nail Place as we were back in town, so time for a pamper. Sadly, this time wasn't as good and turned out disappointing. I wrote a review, specifying what was wrong in detail and figured that was that. But not so. Sam, the owner, replied back and said he wanted to make it right. Well, that was what I came there for in the first place, so I went back in. And you know what? Sam did indeed make it right. Sam was very careful, very thorough, and corrected and improved each aspect of the original job. When I look at my feet now, I am extremely pleased with how they look and feel. Sam's prompt response and willingness to correct what was done before came thru in the work he did. I really appreciate an owner who stands behind his business the way Sam did. I highly recommend that you go there and ask for Sam himself, as he takes both pride and ownership in his business. Good people.
