i came here today & 11:30 ish and i'm just now leaving it's 2:30. i got a pedicure & fill in. it cost me $148. i believe the worker i got was cheryl, from the sticker i read on the work station. my pedicure was 53+16 for acrylic big toe. during my pedicure as we were done my pinky toe gel polish came off & she had to redo it. i got french tip. for my manicure i got a fill in on my acrylic. she cut me multiple times with the drill which resulted in my cuticles bleeding. i wasn't very pleased with my first time experience here. save your money and your time. read more

I told him to not file because it makes it weak and he said I needed to. I said no and he just sighed. Then i told him the paint was crooked and he blamed my nail and i was like leave my nail alone just fix the paint. He kept filing my nail and now my thumbs are raw from him filing them so low. I just had the most underwhelming experience at this establishment. We show up for our appointment and there aren'tenough enough nail techs to do the designs we requested. The one's who are sitting there on their phones and eating refuse to work. I usually wouldn't patrionize this type of business, as I have a standing appointment with my lady in NY-- but this was for my nieces and daughter. Not only was the staff rude, "Frankie" refused to do my pedicure and proceeded to take the white woman who walked in after me. This place is unprofessional, and I do believe our treatment was due to their racism. If you have a choice pick a better spot with Professional staff. i Just got the best pedicure I've had in a long time by Mary! She also did my nails and what I like about her is that she is very details on the shape of my nails. She has a great vision and coordination on making sure the shape is perfect. When she did my pedicure she got all of the dead skin out of the corners of my toes. My toes are a little chubby but she dig deep to get in between and made sure there were no hang nails. the entire facility is clean and the chairs are comfortable. They also have those cool little fans to dry your nails that come out of the table! I give this place a 5 star and the prices are great to me and well worth it! read more

I have won that just fell off and one that is about to fall off. I'm here on vacay thought I would give this place a try. Usually when I get the dip nails they last for about 3wks. Everyone was super nice and great. Only thing is that I spent $130 on my nails and gel pedicure; which is alot but if I get everything done correctly it is okay. But my gel started peeling my nails off the day after I got them done. I called the following day ( 2 days after service. Not full days) and they told me to come to fix them. Which they did without a problem. The problem is that as you see in the photos the same day I left same crap started to Happen. Gel is peeling from my nails and toesz The service was great but the product they're using isn't cutting it. Which is disappointing because I have to either walk around with nails that look bad or go to a different salon for them to repaint them. And I already spend $130 so I was hopping this would last me at least two weeks . But people are great service is great. read more

I moved here 3 months ago and this WAS my new go to salon. UNFORTUNATELY this is no longer the case. I think they are used to tourist who don't care if their gel chips shortly after service. I was told to STOP using soap when washing my hands if I wanted the gel nail color to last longer than a week. At my last manicure I asked why I could see spots through red polish, I was told it was my nail‍ but let's be clear this was due to the fact that only two thin layers were applied. It chipped shortly after anyway. I have also seen girls come in with bikinis on using a towel as their clothes and they are served!!!! Not a classy establishment by any means. read more

I've been meaning to come here for quite some time. I think the only think I didn't like was that there wasn't a website with prices but it's only a phone call away. Making an appointment was super easy, especially if you want one same day. Since it's tourist season/spring break/holiday break til about mid April, they will be busy which is a nice change from how empty a lot of local businesses have been. The staff is super friendly as helpful. I really enjoyed coming here and treating myself to a mani/pedi as it's been so long since. The inside is a typical looking nail salon with spa pedicure baths towards the back of the area. They take sanitation and cleanliness very seriously which I appreciate and the staff are wearing masks. They also enforce patrons to wear masks as well which I can appreciate as restrictions start to ease up I'll definitely be coming back and making another appointment in the next few weeks! read more

This is specifically about Judy I've been to this salon several times pre-Covid and always had great service. I made an appointment for my mother who was visiting as she had gotten both vaccine shots and was in desperate need of a pedicure. It was a horrid experience. She told Judy to cut her nails short as she has trouble reaching them. She did not. Judy then cut her cuticles too aggressively and had my mother's large toe bleeding profusely. Complained to the person at the desk who would not even look at my mothers foot. I told her I wanted it documented in case she got an infection. The manager who we never saw took $4 off the bill. What a joke. If you are told you have Judy run away! I'm so disappointed in the lack of concern and care of the check out staff. Awful experience. read more

I called earlier to see if I needed an appointment for 5:30 and was told it wasn't needed. And it was true. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ruby. I got a gel pedicure with s milk and honey treatment, a dip manicure and waxing. Ruby was very sweet and took her time. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job and everything turned out better than expected. There are many other places between my townhouse and here but I will definitely return. read more

I should start with saying I think the reason my experience was bad was because of my nail tech. I think my person (Tam) was not a trained acrylic nail tech or she did not have a lot of experience doing it. What I had done is acrylic dip. I explicitly told her several times "do not cut my natural nails" and she proceeded to cut two of my natural nails completely off and dug into my nail bed instead of cutting just the tip. She didn't file my nails to be the same length so they look kind of messy because they are all a different length. The dip color I selected is different from the one she used, they were both marked the same number but were not the same color. She did not use the electric drill correctly to shape and smooth my nails so they feel a bit bumpy and uneven. On my left hand she had the electric drill setting too high and proceeded to buzz off the dip color so there were white patches all over my nails. She had to go back & redip them. She charged me $40 which I was ok with but if she charged me more I would have complained. I had a crunch on time because I had to wait 20 minutes once I got there despite making an appointment so I didn't have time to tell her to stop or ask for a different nail tech. read more

This place seems very clean so I have been here a few times since it's near where I live but man I think it's over priced. I can get the same pedicures up in Dr Phillips area for half that and they do a real foot and leg massage not just a quick rub down. Last two times I went they scrub my feet but didn't even get all the rough areas and I didn't notice till after I was home so it was too late but I had told the lady the last time about the problem spots and she should have checked. Update ... I went back and we waited a while once we were seated they didn't turn on our water or say anything to us for about 10 mins. They finally turn on the water but didn't attach the piece to circulate the water so my water was cold by the time anyone came back and when my mom pointed it out to the man he said yea we will turn it on and walked away. When he came back he turned it on and turned on the hot water and left again without speaking. The pedicure was not great the men who did mine and my moms nails spoke to each other laughing and never spoke to us. I told the guy I would like my toe nails as short as possible and he only cut a couple nails while they all needed to be cut. The paint job was worse than what I could have just done myself. Not worth $38!! I only go here because it's the cleanest place near my house but I won't be returning anymore the 5 times I have been it's gotten worse every time! I felt like I couldn't communicate well with my nail technician. The work was good in terms of the nails being done properly for the most part. They got the design I wanted but they didn't clean good around their acrylics. Lots of glue around the nail as well as on the finger itself. When cutting acrylics the sides of the nail was scraped and cut sometimes by the scissors since the nail technician was too busy talking to another nail technician. You feel pressured to give a larger tip than one normally would. I also fell for the pedicure they didn't scrub the feet well and the headstone was way too hot. As far as COVID-19 there was no form a barrier or protection when I was actually doing my nails yes there is a screen between me and the technician but they had me seated right next to another lady getting her nails done. read more

He didn't speak, didn't ask me if I wanted water and sat me in a chair that was not a massage chair; even though they had empty massage chairs. I paid $55 (I tipped and regret it), but it just was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. I feel like I got the bare minimum from the tech. It might have been an off day for him. First timer, and probably never coming back to this place. I paid 38$ for a mediocre pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure, Lisa, never used the grater or bothered to smooth out my feet. I haven't had a pedicure in 6 months because I was overseas. She painted my toes and didn't bother to clean them out. The first and last time I tried to call her out on something she said "she knew what she was doing." I am already upset because that wasn't even the cheapest pedicure, now I need a gel manicure. Now it's not Lisa, doing my hands, it's a young boy. He starts removing my nails forcefully and breaks my nails, then I have no choice but to cut them down short. I wanted nail art but I wasn't going to risk it, so I went for one color to play it safe. He filed and shaped rushing, not caring about aesthetic or symmetry. The cherry on top, was when he tried to pass off the wrong top coat as the right one and I had to call him out. Left a 10$ to be nice. I've had really inconsistent service here. I've gotten my nails done, I believe, three times now, with varied results. Each time I got dip powder nails in different colors. The first time was applied extremely heavily and I wasn't happy with my manicure. The second and third times were applied much better, but still not as good as other times I've gotten them done elsewhere.
