I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and human decency experienced at this salon. I visited this salon for the first time on 3/13. Upon arrival, I was slightly acknowledged by an unenthusiastic gentleman sitting behind the receptionist section. He instructed me to fill out their self service kiosk machine, while asking me the same questions related to what services I'm interested in. I received an average pedicure, however my full set experience was pleasant. Both services were received by Kim (wears glasses and a mask, desk is to the left in the front row) who I shared a nice conversation with. So much so we ended up sharing family and pet photos with each other during our session. On my 2nd visit, today 4/5 around 4pm, I walked in excited thinking I'd have a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kim who I thought would either recognize me or just be accommodating. I expressed that I desired a fill-in and she corrected me by assertively stating "refill". Kim then called for someone else to do it. 3 ladies walked into the main salon area from the back. 1 of the 3 ladies sat down at the famous receptionist counter, asked what services I needed again, looked at the computer and stated "I can't do it because I have to get my daughter." She then asks the unenthusiastic gentleman, as he was with a client, if he could complete my "refill" and he swiftly shook his head and waved his hand "no". She then states "you don't want to make money?" as she walks back to her desk while the unenthusiastic gentleman blatantly ignores her. So I sit, steadily observing the rest of the staff: 3 nail techs were at their respective desks with clients and the remaining 3 nail techs distanced themselves from the front of the salon, while watching and quietly snickering among themselves. I then ask if someone would be able to assist me and I was met with blank stares and emotionless faces. As I excused myself from their establishment, I heard a "sorry" as I opened the front door. Mind you, they close at 7:30pm, according to the time printed on their front door. I will never return back here and I will rescind all of the recommendations I made to colleagues of mine to patronize this lackluster business. read more

Today was 5 star with mani & gel pedi with Happy. Friday late afternoon. He took his time - and got one of the best pedis ever! Gel mani looks nice too! I took off a star b/c I Went a few weeks back on a Saturday morning. Super busy! Waited 45 mins (even though I had an appt) and got an ok pedi/mani. However the mani was done while I was in the pedicure chair meaning I needed to cross my arms for painting and it wasn't a great job. So that visit (not Happy) only gets 3 stars. Super disappointed in the service. Went in for an acrylic refill and a pedicure (set that I got at another salon: long, coffin shape). Asked over the phone for pricing. Was told $25 for refill and $5+ for design. Perfect. Expected $30 for manicure and $25 for pedicure. Finished and saw a receipt for $50. When I asked if that was my total, they explained that that was just for the refill since I had a design, long nails, and coffin. Even though that work was done at another salon, it did not matter. I was being charged a full set. $75 later and not even 5 minutes after I left, the paint started to chip off. Ebony who did my pedicure did an AMAZING job! I had an appointment! I wasnt even a walk in! Do not give these people any money. I called to go through this and was told to go cry about it. David and Linh have ruined this business. Very impressed. They're following social distancing rules as much as is physically possible given the service they provide. The technician, I forgot to get his name, was very experienced and HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. That's a big deal for me. I will definitely be going again. read more

Dan Nails & Spa is a great place to go to get your nails done! I just needed to get the gel removed after having them done for a month, & I already felt this was a great place to go. When the first technique to get the gel off wasn't working, the man switched to a different one right away. It was apparent he knew what he was doing. The cost was cheap & well worth it because he buffed & clipped my nails afterwards, even though I wasn't getting a manicure. read more

Says everywhere that they are ADA.. don't believe it. I called to make an appointment, I asked and informed about the wheelchair situation. I was told it would not be a problem. There was not an accessible chair for my mom to use. We left either a pedicure, mom very upset! We went around the corner, sort of, to Gladiolus nails, they happily accommodated us without an appointment!! read more

I just wanted a simple gel manicure and it turned out horrible. First she butchered my cuticles and after she tore a bunch of my skin off she poured ALCOHOL on my fingers. I have never had a salon do this before, it burned like hell and totally dried out my skin. She didn't shape my nails well at all they were all different lengths/shapes. Then she did a botch paint job, when I asked if she was going to clean up the edges she said would just cut it off, oh sure just cut up my skin some more because you couldn't keep the paint on my nails. I didn't have time to get them done over again so I just paid and left when she was done. Oh also it's been less then a week and my gel has already chipped so I'm sure it's watered down/poor quality. Very unhappy and won't be back, this was close to home so I thought I would try it but I rather drive 30 minutes to my regular salon. read more
