Came here as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon and had a wonderful experience with Naomi as my technician for both gel manicure and regular pedicure. She was efficient but also made sure to take her time to make sure things were done well. She always checked with me to make sure I liked the color and my nail length/shape so that I left happy. My only complaint is that I didn't get a hand massage or lotion after my manicure (maybe cuz it's gel?) but I did get a nice foot scrub and massage during my pedicure. I recommend making a reservation if you can because even though I was a walk in, they were busy.
So I was in the area and needed to get my nails done ASAP and found this spot through Yelp. It definitely has its pros and cons but the end result was spectacular! Cons: - wait times (there were not too many technicians available when I went so I did have to wait about 20 minutes on a Tuesday morning even though there weren't many customers) - ambiance is just "eh"- area is clean enough but doesn't feel like a super fresh spot - music was blah- romantic sort of stuff- and the manager was all about it. In fact at one point I was vibing to some chill r&b type stuff and he asked an employee to change it back to his stuff lol Pros: - good selection of colors for gel (ask for the samples to look at- not just those on the wall) - Very friendly and competent staff (the front desk girl was super sweet in helping me find the color I was looking for) - my technician, Rebecca, was not only very sweet but she is SO detailed and great at what she did. She was very gentle which made me think it wouldn't be so great because I have plenty to work with cuticle-wise, but she did a beautiful job! I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcome! All in all, I was happy with my walk-in experience!
Any stars are just for the business itself - This place is very convenient, since it is open until late and on Sundays too. The pricing is not cheap, but still doable, especially since it is so convenient. They always have a bunch of people working so wait, if any, is not long. It literally looks like a 3rd grader painted my nails. Crooked paint job, left paint on my skin, did not paint the full nail (makes it look like i have a week of grow-out from the get-go), brush strokes all over.... I will let you see the picture and draw your own conclusion. I am so disappointed in actually being charged for this level of work.

I had actually tried to get my nails done at my regular spot but since it was a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't able to and thought my nails would have to look crazy for the next couple of days. Thankfully I decided to walk into Encore Nails. Even though the place was busy, within 5 minutes of walking in, I was sitting in a chair and getting my nails done. The staff was super friendly and they have a large selection of gel nail colors. The pricing is also very affordable, specially in comparison to places near my home in Miami Shores. I liked how my nails came out however, upon further inspection after I had left, I realized a few of my nails were crooked. It's not easily noticeable unless you're really looking closely so I'll let it slide this time. Will probably give them another shot when I'm in the area again.
Had a little spa day at Encore Nails with my friend and bride-to-be. We walked in on a weekday afternoon and they were able to take us with little wait for a pedicure and gel manicure. The space is newly done so you get a clean vibe inside. It's been over a week and I do have one chip on my index finger but that's my fault for trying to pry a sticker off of a box at work! My nail technician did a fabulous job painting the crevices of my curved nails, being careful not to miss a spot. If I lived in the area, I'd be back! The salon is a bit newer and didn't have a sign up yet as of last week so it was a bit harder to find. So FYI the entrance is under the UPS sign!
Finally a great nail place in Doral. All the employees here have experience and are professional and nice. J Ho was the one doing my nails and they came out great, he was quick but efficient. It was a walk in, not sure how much everything was cuz my friend jumped at the credit card machine. There are massage pedicure chairs. I got chrome gel on the nails and regular polish on the toes. They line their pedicure basins and everything looks very tidy. A little hard to find cuz the sign isn't up yet but it's under the UPS store sign in the Publix plaza. If you're looking for a really good nail salon, hit them up!
Encore Nails is a brand new spot in the Doral Plaza shopping center next to Publix. Desperately needed to get my nails done for a meeting, I took a chance and popped in. Jay (one of the owners) helped me with a gel acrylic full set in a natural almond shape. Here are a few of the things that stood out the most for me: 1. New and clean 2. Nice vibe and music playlist 3. Everyone speaks fluent English. This is big for me as a Latina who is much more comfortable communicating in English. I welcome any business in Doral where I'm not forced to have to speak Spanish. 3. I was in and out in 45 minutes flat for a full acrylic set plus gel polish fully dried! 4. Jay really listened to me and how I wanted my nails to look. He did an amazing job making my set look so natural. I am very happy with the results and service. I enjoyed my experience and looking forward to going back to have my fill-in done in about two weeks.
Visiting family, and needed to get my nails done quickly. Staff were very accommodating, and were very good at getting people seated as soon as a spot opened up was available. I was directed to Jay, and he was by far the best part of the experience. He was able to recreate a image I found, and make suggestions to enhance it. He was very comical during the entire process, and his work is probably the best I've ever had done. Thank you Jay!

I called on a whim to see if I could get in for a last minute manicure/pedicure. The staff was super helpful and did a great job. I am normally a appointment kind of person, so i will definitely plan accordingly for my next visit. It is always a good sign when a technician has the skill and steady hand to freehand a French tip. This is the second time I try to get my nails done here. The first I had to leave after waiting to get attended. Now I was able to walk right in but I walked out with these rookie busted nails. This is not even the color design I really wanted. She said she couldnt do it because she didn't have the tools. The basics which is the filing job on these nails are all slanted like Gumby's top. I pointed out one nail I thought she understood the assignment but I still walked out with this. Eeeekk read more

I usually always come in as a walk in and service never fails! They attend customers as fast as possible making wait time no more than 15 minutes. Apart from that nails are always precise. Place is clean and staff is so helpful. If you don't know what you want to do to your nails, they always suggest great ideas. You won't be disappointed ! read more

Best experience!! Honestly I don't think I've felt safer in a salon since the pandemi. Everything is sanitized before and after you've been helped. They are always wearing and changing their gloves, washing their hands, they even use a new nail file and buffer for every mani and pedi. Great vibe, great customer service, and honestly the best mani I've ever had. She cleaned very well my nails and painted them perfectly. Will definitely be coming back every 2 weeks. read more

I used to drive all the way from Doral to Coral Gables to get my nails done. I get powder (dip), and I just feel that not everyone gets it right. I now go to Encore Nails and couldn't be happier. They are very knowledgeable and professional and have soooo many colors. I usually go with Jay, but every single one on the team is great. Prices are fair. read more

I usually do not leave reviews but Encore Nails is deserving of one. Today was my second time going to Encore and that says a lot for me. I moved to Doral in July and have been to different nail shops, but never returned for a second time. The first time I seen Lee and he did great fixing another shops mess and my pedicure was amazing. Today I seen Jay to remove the nails I had on and get a brand new full set. I went in with an idea but told Jay to have fun and have fun is what he did. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and needless to say Encore has a new customer. If you're in the market for a nail shop, Encore Nails will not let your down. read more

This place is amazing, friendly staff, clean and they can literally do anything you ask for. This is my 3rd time going here and I'm pleased every time. Lee and Jordan are amazing, I haven't been able to go back due to hectic work schedule but my dip from 3 weeks ago is still going strong, no chip at all. This place is absolutely amazing. I decided to stop by during my lunch break and I'm glad I did. The moment I walked in they were very attentive, asked me what service I wanted today, showed me their color options (many to choose from ) and the place was so clean with a minimalist decor which I loved. Jonathan who attended me was very professional, highly experienced, and did a fantastic job on my hand feel. I highly recommend anyone that's in the area and wants to get pampered to come check them out. They have many other services to offer. read more
