This place has changed owners many times so it was hard for me to continue coming here. However,I decided to give it a try after about 5-7 years,and I did not regret it! Today I got a regular pedi and a full acrylic set. Regular Pedi: The lady I got sat with was friendly and talkative but was a bit of a slow worker,I didnt like her methods but regardless of my taste,she did end up doing a good job. The hot towel was the cherry on top Acrylic set: Im extremely picky about my nails,so picky that I usually just rather not do them at all if "my place" isnt available. ANYWAY, I sat with an older gentleman whom I believe is the new owner. Once I sat,I told him I liked my nails very thin and natural looking and that exactly what he did! Not pleased at all. So unsanitary and the cost is like going to a 5 star salón. I still have the smell of urine beneath my nose!!! I am not going to lie, this is the only Vietnamese, Chinese salon where they take out ingrown nails. That's my peeve, other than that everything else is downhill. I am so irritated with the way this lady painted my nails. Sincerely just wanted to get out of there when I stepped for in it. The salon is the chairs and layout it's like you are not in a decent place to relax. I was annoyed the min I stepped in. I was courteous just to give them the benefit of the doubt. At first I was saying to myself, chill everything will be fine you'll see you will like how the outcome. The way my bails were painted was not worth $70!!! The good: Lili is the absolute most skilled nail technician I've ever had. I went to her for almost a year. She really takes her time to make sure the dip looks natural. She is so sweet. The bad: I stopped going there because of the business practices. As I said, I went for about a year. During that time they would randomly up their prices without saying anything until it's time to pay. I found this to be horrible business practices. They do not honor appointments. I always made an appointment. They even knew my voice on the phone after a while. I would get there a few minutes before my appointment time because I respect appointment times and Lili would be just starting another customer. One time, I made two appointments to take my niece. She was eager to try out the place because I had been speaking so highly of Lili. We had TWO appointments. We get there and had to wait 1 1/2hours before even getting started. After 1 1/2 we gave up and left. I was so embarrassed. The worst thing was once when I had an appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. After Lili finished my dip manicure, she sent me over to the pedicure chairs. A different, obviously new person came over. No one speaks english there so I was confused but thought maybe she would just be taking off my polish and getting started for Lili. Oh no.... She started using the machine to remove my polish. I kept trying to tell her it wasn't gel polish, it was regular polish. I just started standing up and told her to stop. There was this big ruckus because I was saying I was leaving. Lili came running over and told me to sit and she would finish it. It wasn't until I got home and realized she CRACKED my toe nail in half. Oh but I still went back!!!! They're a family business, their children are there sometimes so I didn't want to take the business away from them. And Lili really is fantastic. After the cracked toenail incident, I decided I could still go just for my nails. I had a 2 1/2 hour work break in the middle of the day. I called to see if Lili was available. The owner told me yes, to come. I told him I was on a work break. He said yes, come. I was there in 10 minutes. I was ASTONISHED that when I got there she had just started someone's acrylic nails. Are you kidding me???? I had to wait 45 minutes before she started my nails. That was it for me. As skilled as she is, I can never go back. It's such a shame. There is no consideration for clients. They actually treat clients with pure disrespect. read more

What a gem! I'm actually sitting in my car writing this review. Finally a low key salon in this area that meets the most basic expectations. This is a no frills place. The technicians are professional and take their time with you. The owner greeted me with a handshake, asked if it was my first time and walked me to my technician and chair. Customer service at its best! He was constantly looking over to make sure all clients were being serviced well and happy. As for my service- just amazing. My technician did a fantastic job with my mani and pedi! I felt like a new person. Side note- So happy to come to a place that is not playing reggaeton "ambient" music. I've been coming to this place for 6 months now. This is the lil hidden gem in the area. The plaza doesn't yell come in off the bat. But let me tell you is gold! It's one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever been. I must admit it does get a bit busy during rush hours. But I've learned my lesson and usually make an appointment beforehand. Tony is the only one who I let touch my precious hands, but the ladies do a great job on those pedicures. I remember first time I walked in I was greeted immediately by Tony. I thought this place was good for acrylics until they randomly charged me extra without explanation. I asked and they pretended to not understand me -- they're able to speak English until you ask them questions. They also hire nail techs that haven't been trained and make them use customers to practice. I know practice makes perfect, but I can't spend an extra hour and a half in a salon just because they don't train their employees and want to fix their mistakes afterwards. read more

The price is OK, $30 for regular mani+pedi, but quality is not good at all, the lady was in a hurry, although there was no line waiting. She didn't wait even a minute for cuticle on my hands to get softer in water and started cutting it almost straight. Plus she didn't make good job putting on nail Polish, you could notice empty spots on side of nails and so on. Very upset!! I went today to do acrylic full set and change of color on toes. Loved the way my nails came out. But as I am getting my nails done the owner is on the phone and comes up to me and asked to see my nails does say a word just grabs my nails looks at them and leaves. Then I'm sitting drying my nails and out of no where the same lady pulls off the toe separators off of my toes. Then I'm paying the total is $37 I had exactly $37 in cash so I ask if I'm able to put tip on card she says of course. So she charges me the $3 tip and says thank you. So I asked are you going to give it to me to give to the lady and she says no the thing is that I can't give her exactly $3 because it changes you a percentage so I said ok give me how ever much it is and I'll give her that and I said so when I asked you if it was possible to change the tip you weren't going to tell me or you weren't going to give the lady the tip she said no today I'll do it for you but next time I can't. I said that's fine then cancel the $3 transaction and I will come back with the $3 to give her. She said she couldn't do that. Then finally unwillingly took out $3 cash and put it on the table and screamed out the lady's name and told her here your tip. Never have a felt so upset at a nail shop. I didn't want to leave having the lady that did my nails think I didn't leave her tip or without her actually getting the tip. I felt lied to and disrespected. If from the beginning the owner would have just told me I can charge you the tip but it will take off a percentage that would have been fine I would of gone to my car and gotten the $3. read more
