Now this year I discover some plants didn't make it and I've tried contacting the designer of my project as well as contacting the business all to be ignored. No one has returned my calls or email. How convenient of them to so eagerly take my money and not warranty their products and to be so rude about it by blowing me off. Well folks I've got news for you, I'm not going away and I'll be sure to spread the word to others about your lack of service after the sale.

Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They left my yard looking much better than it was when they arrived.

I contracted with him to mow , edge, and to do basic weeding in the flower beds in front, and disclosed to him that if he worked out, I would consider hiring him as my lawn care company. I'm sorry to say that he was late for the initial meeting, and then again for the work. Not only that, when he arrive 30 minutes late and called me to meet him outside, he kept me waiting again as he talked on the phone. Tyreese said he charged $45/hr to mow, which I said was high, but he said it also included basic weeding and edging. However, after mowing, he said he had to come back later to complete the job because his equipment needed charging, although he had it charging on my front porch? He promised to return later that afternoon to weed, and also said he needed payment to purchase supplies. I paid him the $45, but the bottom line is he did not return to finish. When I called, he promised to be there in 30-45 minutes, but never showed--that was five days ago. I cannot in good conscious recommend him to anyone. He was unreliable and frankly, dishonest.
