The worst RV park we have attended. We have been here for 4 months now. Workers are rude. I've had…read morethem honk at me while outside or just come up to my door to tell me I'm breaking one of their 100000 rules. Rules consist of: *No parking on "sidewalk" (road outside the library) *cant throw dog waste in your own trash bad, it must be in their dog poop stations that are on opposite sides of the park *have to buy a gate code for $15 each, on top of the $1300 monthly rent - no visitors - we did not buy this at first, then the office would not answer and we sat out of the gate for 45 minutes - no answer - had to run to the exit gate to have it open then drive through just to get to our camper. * at LEAST $15 just to start your laundry - have to buy a laundry card Etc. We had a boat here, got upset with us when we wanted to take it out of their storage because it was after 2. Apparently you can't take YOUR OWN boat out UNLESS it's between their own hours. the pool is never open, barley any events happening (but will still charge extra for "amenities"). The AIR Conditions laundry room is only open during office hours (10-3) -also sucks if you work during the day. Has another laundry mat but no conditioning and poorly cleaned. Our electric is somehow $400?? Never felt an RV park was awful till this one. Steer clear!!!

There are plenty of activities to enjoy, the pool is wonderful and well maintained, and the Fourth of July fireworks display exceeded all of our expectations. What impressed us most, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was hardworking, service-oriented, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. We would gladly recommend Seminole Campground to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable camping experience, whether you're traveling from across the country or, like us, just a few miles down the road. Put 95% of our belongings in storage and hit the road. We had the most beautiful adventure and experience! Along that journey we happened upon Seminole. We were there during the snow bird season and I couldn't have been more happy! The people working and staying there were among the nicest people I've met! Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful!! They had amazing activities! An insane pool and all the amenities of home on the road! Nothing better than the Sunday morning pancake breakfast to get to know some neighbors. If you're ever traveling and are in the area you should definitely check this place out!

The turtles and fish including some dang HUGE bass come around for bread bits!!! So cool. There is a nature walk behind us which we need to go do yet. I caught up with laundry yesterday (which is on site as well). The room leaves nothing to desire.. all the essentials are here and very nicely done ! We walked the nature trail today and it's awesome. Just long enuf on the boardwalk to break a sweat. It's behind the cabins. The lit up area with hanging lights has a sitting area and table. It's along the river where u can canoe if u want. Just let them know at office. ( think u must give driver license). The place is spic n span and the maids are great! The grounds are also very well maintained and lush.

This was my first time at a hotel that offered standard reservations and extended stay. I thought it was an interesting concept, and I am still not really sure I understand it. We had no issue checking in noon, maybe we got lucky. We headed up to the room to drop of our items and then head out. I was immediately impressed by the size of the room and the lay out. I could literally see this working as an apartment, it was huge. The room was actually so large that it had two windows and two ac units. Everything was clean and nicely laid out. I will say the light switches in the room, did not make a whole lot of sense, and there honestly could have been more lighting in the room. I did notice that both TV's in the room were mounted on a wall unit that had a switch, that switch was supposed to turn on a light light strip about that wall mount that would provide more ambient light, neither however worked. I also noticed an led light strip above the headboard, we were never able to get that to work either. Both windows were equipped with motorized blackout shades, which was pretty neat. The room was comfortable for our over night stay, as well as quiet. The room had a fridge, coffee maker (which actually takes K-Cups), and a microwave. The shower was roomy and had decent water pressure, with consistent water temperatures. We headed down for breakfast the following morning. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, nothing exciting. I will say there were either running low on a lot of items, or the staff was not able to keep up with the demand from the guests. It was also challenging to find a place to seat and eat, but we made it work. The front desk staff here was friendly at check in and check out. Oh, it is also worth noting that the ice machines appeared to be designed to not only fill larger items, but also cups/mugs and not make a mess. The machine had a water disspenser, but it seems to have been disabled. Luckily they had a water bottle filler on the first floor. Kudos to the team who built this hotel to keep up with the times and include things in the hotel that people want these days. I will say for a new hotel the exterior paint was already pretty faded and in need of a repaint. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay here again.

The room was great we were able to shower before bed to get the grime from the flying ordeal off. We were offered a noon check out which was lovely. Again we don't do 2am well.
