It's also very walkable, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. There are two pools that are as relaxing as they come, and to top it off, they offer a BOGO deal at select restaurants on the property, which is a great perk. The guest room was spacious and clean, and I absolutely loved the ceiling fan... that should honestly be standard across all hotels. This was the perfect staycation. I didn't feel the need to leave the property because there was more than enough to do. It's very kid, family, and adult friendly. While I was there for some R&R in the midst of the spring breakers, some adults were clearly enjoying their own version of spring break too, which added to the fun vibe!! The views from the rooftop pool were breathtaking. I mean who doesn't love a good food hall ... which they had on-site! I enjoyed everything from sushi and General Tso's chicken to a chicken rice bowl with all the fixings, plus a hearty steak dinner at the on-site steakhouse before I left. I didn't want to gatekeep this spot... it's just that good. Top notch from beginning to end. Must stay, and I will absolutely be back.

It was a nice surprise to see how decked up Fisherman's Village is. Def a place to get into the Christmas spirit. So many decorations and fun photo ops everywhere. We walk throughout the area, the have lots of shops, cafe, ice cream and restaurants and a tiki bar. You can also take a sunset boat tour. They also have nice water views. This is def a great place to visit for all and especially at Xmas. A new restaurant is opening the second week of January 2026 too towards the very end after all the shops. Just keep on walking. This is also dog friendly so we are happy to walk our dog here. Half is shaded half not and there is plenty of free parking in the lot next to it. 4 stars bc prices can def be tourist prices.

The front desk staff was welcoming upon check in and gave me a $6 coupon for the restaurant that I forgot to use for breakfast and you can't use it on cocktails. The rooms were sparkling clean with more than enough room for my dog's crate and my luggage. The bathrooms were bright and I liked the rainfall shower with awesome water pressure. The location made it really easy to explore the area. There was a really cute dog park only 10 minutes drive away. The water views next to the hotel were also great and nice to stroll in the evening when I arrived and the next morning. I would happily stay here with my dog again.

We enjoyed breakfast both mornings as well. The hotel does feel slightly outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about our stay. The only thing worth noting is thatthe shower experience was rough for me. It was a nice shower, but the water pressure was very aggressive (which is uncommon for hotels, so points to them). That wouldn't be an issue, except that the angle the shower head was at (and you couldn't adjust it) made the water bounce off my shoulders and into my face constantly. The shower was quite small as well, so there was no room to move out of the way. The entire time I was showering, I was sneezing, my eyes were burning, and I was getting water up my nose-- and, because the shower was fully sealed, I kind of felt like I was drowning. My fiancé didn't have any issue; I'm assuming it was a height thing (he's about 6" taller than me). Either way, not a dealbreaker and not the fault of the hotel by any means, but if you are under 5' 4", just be advised.

The first room they gave me smelled so bad, I honestly thought I was on a prank show. They said it was there last room, so I tried to endure it. Then the fridge started buzzing so loud there was no way I could sleep. So at 11:30pm, I went and told them I had to leave and that I couldn't stay there and only when I said I was leaving did they move me to another room. Both rooms were absolutely disgusting. Brown stains (blood or poop, you decide) on mattresses, carpet, etc in BOTH rooms. Bugs (knats I think?) I would have slept in my car if I didn't have to show up presentable to a work conference the next day. DONT STAY GERE

The unit was comfortable, clean and nicely furnished, but there was a TV cable stretched across the living room wall. Check in was quick but staff gave us no information about unit or the area. Staff on duty next day very friendly and gave us good info. So, with the problem issues mentioned, we still give it 4 stars.. Realistically, it is a 3 star resort, but the location and the pool will bring us back someday.

The bed was nice, the t.v. nice. Here were our probelms : Desk Chair would not stay in a lock postion, kept going down to where it was impossible to sit in and do work on the computer had to use bed pillows to place in the chair and sit on those to get the height needed to work. Elevator shaby and very very slow, took the stairs, should not have done that the smell of mold was really bad. Black mold in the shower, under the lip of the step to get into the shower. Small fridge useless, not cold, looked for knob to adjust temp it was missing. We had the " Quite" room, nothing Quite about that room, the hallways were loud, you could hear what was being used in the rooms above you. The web sites said we woud have bathrobes, and designer toiletries, we had neither of these. We were told by front desk that all the rooms had been updated due to the two Hurricanes, with that said, there was a hole in the wall next to the bed, and dirt along the base boards, there were cracks in the bath flooring, all looked horrible, not LUXURY at all. Coffee maker did work, but would been nice to have instructions in how to fill it and use it, overflowed. We were on the thrid floor which was adverstsed : 2nd and 3rd floor there is no guaranteed view, but it is the quitter side of the hotel). which it was not quite.

Was expecting it to be not be an incredible experience but didn't expect to have to lay towels down to sleep because we couldn't get ourselves in sleep in the sheets. The girl at the front desk was also incredibly rude both on the phone and when we got there to check in.
