Especially in times like these, it's nice to know that Brightside counseling is committed to helping people talk through their problems and offer suggestions on how to manage through situations and obstacles in day to day life. He is a very understanding no nonsense kind of doctor. I am a very strong personality so I need someone who can call me out and bring me back down to earth. He has a keen knack for reading people and working off of that. It has been an eye opening experience and he helps me see things in a way I wouldn't have seen it before. Unfortunately he is in partial retirement, but I have noticed his practice has a steady flow of clients. My daughter and husband see Dr. Sandra Reinhold and they have had a lot of success with her as well. She is compassionate, observant and gives her patients a direction to help attain their goals in therapy and be more successful and overcome their issues. I have gone in a few family sessions with her and have been thoroughly impressed with her approach. This group has really helped me and my family work towards healing after a long and hard road. I am blessed to have them in my life to assist and guide me when I feel helpless or can't find my own way. They also do trauma therapy and work with all sorts of cases and issues. Not sure if they are still taking patients, but either way they will be able to direct you in the right direction. They are knowledgeable, experienced and connected.

This is evidently a new building for this medical office. I know that because there is a sign in…read morethe ladies room letting us know how to keep it "new". There should be signs in the waiting room about using phone for videos on silent or with headsets. Because they already have a tv making enough noise. There should also be signs saying you can't use the cell phone as a phone in the waiting room. Headsets are needed. The welcome reception desk is nice. Well organized. Pleasant. Smooth. The appts seemed to be running on time. The rooms were clean and didn't feel cramped. The exit process was easy and smooth too. All in all this was a good place for a dr visit. They lost a star because the waiting room isn't managed as well as it should be. A few signs and a little bit of enforcement from the front desk staff will do wonders. I'd point out the tv isn't needed, or at least the volume doesn't need to be on, closed captions would be fine.

The wait time is pretty long. For my first appointment I waited an hour and 30…read moreminutes before I was seen. On the other hand, Dr. Rush was extremely professional and attentive. She took her time explaining things, didn't rush me, and listened to what I wanted. You can tell she is a doctor who truly cares. The facility itself is nice, fairly modern & cleanly.
