First off, as a guy who loves craft beer and incorporates visiting different craft brew pubs during his travels, let me say how excited I am to have a great craft beer spot walking distance from home in St. Albert. After an apparent delay (some buddies and I showed up the day their website countdown showed them opening only to find them not open for business yet and the countdown clock reset for another two weeks) this great little spot opened in the Campbell Business Park a few weeks back. After a long day on the football field a friend and I ventured over on their rescheduled opening day for a couple of pints and a growler fill to take home. This spot is tucked away in behind some other businesses and is not visible from Boudreau Road. But it's well worth searching for. I went back again this past weekend (with my sister this time) again for a couple of pints, a snack and a growler fill. They have started off brewing only three beers which I think is a smart idea as the three they are doing are great and it is a solid base to work off. I haven't tried the IPA yet (too hoppy is never my thing so I tend to shy away from IPAs) but my football buddy had one and loved it. The Lost Flip Flop Saison is summer in a glass... fruity and crisp and delicious. I myself love the Adventure Brew most and it is what I have taken home with me in my growler both times to be enjoyed in the evening on the back deck. The room itself is small and cozy, with handmade everything (tables, beer taps, etc) and some board games to keep you busy should you choose. The open concept to the brewery in the back is really cool as well. This place is very unassuming from the outside and it's tinted/ smoked windows. I have to add that the food looks awesome and they are providing local choices like Zwicks pretzels and Battistas calzones which is fantastic. But I have to rave about their Salami Chips... thin slices, dried slices of salami with a honey mustard dip. They are very much the perfect snack while consuming beer and have fast become a favourite of mine that I have raved about. I will hold off on a 5 Star rating until they roll out more beers and maintain the quality of the current line up, which I'm sure they will. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and they have a good thing started that I hope St. Albert supports... I know we will. Great spot and so happy to have these guys in the neighborhood!

    Sampler

I went to Endeavour Brewery for the first time on a Saturday afternoon after the farmers market and wow! The city of St. Albert has a lot of hidden gems. I tried a sampler of 4 different beers. They were all delicious! The price was reasonable. I believe it was about $10.50 for what I ordered. My friends and I sat on the patio and it was lovely. Not too busy and easy to physically distance from other groups as seating is limited. My friend tried the beer cheese and chips and said it was really tasty. The food menu appears small but let's get real, most people will go for the drinks! Would highly recommend and I will be returning soon!

One does not have to fly to Jolly Old for great bitter. The ESB is exceptional. Well done.

I jumped on the chance because I love the pizzas here. They have a soft doughy crust. So we ventured here for lunch. It wasn't too full, and it took a while for someone to notice and get us seated. We actually debated leaving, however finally they seated us, it was all good. (Hence why it looses a star). Atmosphere is pretty typical for a craft brewery. I am not a huge sports bar fan, and I was pleased to see that TVs were not a focus here. Menu is good. Lots of different things to try, but they are well known for their pizzas. Great selection of beers. Also an okay selection of cocktails and wine. I am on medication, so I tried a "near beer" can that they offered and I was pleased with the flavour. I wish they would have a non alcoholic that is more local on tap. Hubby because of driving went with a coke. We decided on two pizzas - PB & J which contained roasted pineapple, smoked bacon, fresh jalapeño, mozzarella, brick blend and the Animal Style -Ezzo pepperoni, seasoned beef, bacon, pizza sauce, crushed chilis, Grana Padano. Both came out hot and fresh and tasty. I enjoyed my toppings better, however my husband's pizza sauce was absolutely perfect. Service (once we were seated) was pleasant. We received some chocolate dipped strawberries as a customer appreciation gift and that was lovely. My goal is to try all the pizzas. Give it a go if you like Detroit style pizzas.

We dropped in on a Friday evening (around 6:00pm). You order at the counter and can start a tab. Vibes are chill and there's an upstairs with a few games (uno and cribbage) and a projector (with the hockey game on). There were 11 beers on tap along with two snacks (sausages and Zwick's pretzels). Cans are pricey ($18.00 to $22.00 for 4). A bit sad that there's a few flavours you can't taste. - Pretzel ($3.00) - nice touch that they heat up your pretzel. It comes with a side of Dijon mustard. - Flight ($10.00 for 4) - we decided to try nuages (table saison), lunar phase (farmhouse pale ale), sandy beach (American pale ale) and pineapple F.O.M.O. (kettle sour). None of the beers were particularly interesting or unique but the pineapple kettle sour was the best of the bunch. Standard beers but at least the vibes are chill at SYC.

Their brewing equipment is in the same location as their bar. They offer a good amount of beers, which all taste amazing!! You can find a Groupon to taste their beers for two to four people, along with a pint or growler to bring home. They have a mezzanine where you can drink, and play cards at the same time, just having fun!! They also have a variety of canned beers that you can buy. I recommend this brewery to anyone who enjoy good beers.
