Vibes are chill and there's an upstairs with a few games (uno and cribbage) and a projector (with the hockey game on). There were 11 beers on tap along with two snacks (sausages and Zwick's pretzels). Cans are pricey ($18.00 to $22.00 for 4). A bit sad that there's a few flavours you can't taste. - Pretzel ($3.00) - nice touch that they heat up your pretzel. It comes with a side of Dijon mustard. - Flight ($10.00 for 4) - we decided to try nuages (table saison), lunar phase (farmhouse pale ale), sandy beach (American pale ale) and pineapple F.O.M.O. (kettle sour). None of the beers were particularly interesting or unique but the pineapple kettle sour was the best of the bunch. Standard beers but at least the vibes are chill at SYC.

They offer a good amount of beers, which all taste amazing!! You can find a Groupon to taste their beers for two to four people, along with a pint or growler to bring home. They have a mezzanine where you can drink, and play cards at the same time, just having fun!! They also have a variety of canned beers that you can buy. I recommend this brewery to anyone who enjoy good beers.

So this place has been on my list for a while. So when the back window of my car was smashed out by shitty people, and I ended up next door getting it fixed I was not gonna miss the opportunity and when here directly after getting my car back. They only have pizza to eat in a few types. I got a special limited sun spice bag pizza. I have heard of spice bag, but never had one. I think it is an uk Ireland thing. The pizza had Indian spices with peppers and fries. It was great. And they did have some nice dark beers. See photo. I forget what they called what I had but it was nice a light and refreshing. And I got a 4 pack of red Irish ale to come home with me.

So bring a designated driver or order a Uber, because you are definitely not leaving with only one beer down.

The flight came unlabeled so we guessed what we were drinking until we pulled the waiter over to ask what we were drinking, he indicated they were not in order of their order on the menu and pointed out which was which. My husband liked the Kolsch best and I liked the Simple Things lager best. One of the beers we wanted to try was out. None of the beer struck us as exceptional for our taste so we left without getting our growlers filled. -1 star for beer taste for our palettes. The least enjoyable part of the experience was having to dine outdoors despite the cold weather. They offered heaters and blankets but it was still cold and the atmosphere was stale outdoors. -1 star for the outdoor dining. 3/5 stars total. Would I come back? I've been following them on social media & finally had the opportunity to try them. I recommend the Common Time California Common brew currently on tap! It's got a full-bodied, nutty flavor. The sandwiches are made with bread from the nearby Bon Ton Bakery, so fresh & delicious! Friendly, attentive staff, great atmosphere, excellent tunes... get in here & support this local business!

I like that they offer some inexpensive snacks, like popcorn. The decorations are interesting too! It's fun to look at all of the labels that the brewery has used. MeOwSeRs!!! I digress... Alley Kat was warm and inviting from the moment we arrived at 5PM. They had freshly made soft pretzels on hand along with cheese and meat nibbles to compliment the launch. Now, let's get to the good stuff... The BEER! Hubby and I were on cloud 9 that our favourite Alley Kat Beer - Freshly Squeezed (with real grapefruit) was still on tap and EVEN BETTER they had 4 packs of it for sale! Our local liquor store only had it in a combo pack but this was like finding a giant bag of your favourite one of a kind Jelly Belly Flavours - Yes, kids... Freshly Squeezed is that good! ( And Yay! Current Dragon: Maroon Dragon Release date: October 1st Hop Variety: Centennial Alley Kat is back on the Dragon train with Maroon Dragon DIPA. Alley Kat also recycles it's spent grains into cattle feed and does their best to use all local and West Coast ingredients! Yay Alley Kat! You get the sun from noon to sunset. The food is better than usual pub fare. I had a terrific server. Very pleasant and attentive. Lots of free parking. The canned music was just ok. They must be going for a younger demographic.
